铅胁迫下萝卜芽苗菜内源激素的动态变化

【摘要】:以萝卜芽苗菜为试材,探讨了在不同浓度铅(100、300、500mg·L~(-1))胁迫下,4种内源植物激素(玉米素(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA))以及IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA的动态变化。结果表明:ZR含量随铅浓度的升高而下降。ABA随着铅浓度的升高呈现出先下降后上升趋势,GA3含量则呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在铅浓度为300mg·L~(-1)时达到最大值。IAA与GA3变化趋势保持一致,在铅浓度升高的条件下,含量先升后降,在铅浓度100mg·L~(-1)时达到峰值;生长促进类激素与衰老促进型激素的比值如IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA也随着铅浓度的升高,呈现出先上升后下降的趋势。表明铅胁迫能改变萝卜芽苗菜内源植物激素含量,进而调控萝卜植株的生长。
[Abstract]:Four endogenous plant hormones (zeaxanthin ZRR) were studied under the stress of different concentrations of lead 100 (300mg 路L ~ (-1) ~ (-1)). Abscisic acid (Aba), gibberellin (GA3), indoleacetic acid (IIA) and IAA/ABA. The dynamic change of GA3/ABA. The results showed that the content of GA3/ABA decreased with the increase of lead concentration. The content of GA3/ABA decreased first and then increased with the increase of lead concentration. The content of GA3 increased at first and then decreased, and reached the maximum value at the concentration of 300mg 路L ~ (-1). It was consistent with the change trend of GA3, under the condition of increasing lead concentration. The content increased first and then decreased, and reached the peak at 100 mg 路L ~ (-1) lead concentration. The ratio of growth-promoting hormone to senescence-promoting hormone such as IAA / ABA / GA _ 3 / ABA also increased with the increase of lead concentration. The results showed that lead stress could change the content of endogenous plant hormones and then regulate the growth of radish plants.
