磷矿废石磷素淋溶规律的实验研究

【摘要】:自三峡库区开始蓄水以来,库区内的香溪河水体呈现出富营养化状态并且不断伴随着水华现象的发生。香溪河的水体环境发生了很大变化,但是水域内的磷矿废弃岩石依然采用粗放露天式堆积。本文主要研究了树空坪磷矿废石在不同的影响因素下磷素淋溶规律性变化。根据磷矿废石堆堑体所在地域的气候环境和磷矿废石本身的特点,通过静态淋溶实验、持续淋溶实验,研究了在不同液固比、不同滤出液取样时间和不同酸碱环境条件下,磷矿废石磷素呈现出的规律性变化。结果表明:(1)在不同液固比静态淋溶条件下,总磷的浸出浓度受溶解度控制;磷素的累加释放量随着液固比的增加而增加。(2)动态淋溶实验表明,磷素的释放过程分三个阶段:第一阶段是废石颗粒与浸提液接触后,固相和液相之间的反应过程;第二阶段是废石颗粒与浸提液继续保持接触,磷矿废石颗粒逐渐形成了微孔状的硅酸盐质骨架;第三阶段是固相和液相之间的反应平衡。(3)在不同酸碱静态淋溶条件下,浸提液中H+离子有助于磷矿废石磷素的释放,而OH-离子对磷矿废石磷素释放的影响很小。
[Abstract]:Since the three Gorges Reservoir began to store water, the Xiangxi River in the reservoir area presents eutrophication state and accompanied by Shui Hua phenomenon. The water environment of the Xiangxi River has changed a lot. However, the waste rock of phosphate rock in the water still adopts extensive open-air accumulation. This paper mainly studies the regularity of phosphorus leaching under different influence factors. According to the area where the cut body of waste rock heap of phosphate rock is located, this paper mainly studies the change of phosphorus leaching regularity under different influence factors. The climatic environment and characteristics of phosphate rock waste itself. Through static leaching experiment and continuous leaching experiment, the conditions of different liquid-solid ratio, different sampling time of filtrate and different acid-base environment were studied. The results showed that the leaching concentration of total phosphorus was controlled by solubility under different liquid-solid ratio static leaching conditions. The dynamic leaching experiment showed that the phosphorus release process was divided into three stages: the first stage was the contact between the waste stone particles and the extraction solution. The reaction process between solid and liquid phase; The second stage is that the waste rock particles keep in contact with the extraction solution, and the phosphate rock waste rock particles gradually form a microporous silicate skeleton. The third stage is the reaction equilibrium between solid phase and liquid phase. However, the effect of OH- ion on phosphorus release from waste rock of phosphate rock is very small.
