双氰胺—甲醛—铝铁的合成和应用研究

【摘要】:随着国家对水质问题的关注,废水的处理成为环境问题的难题。印染废水水量大、成份复杂、有机物含量高、并且大部分水质无法生物降解,印染废水处理技术成为废水处理的瓶颈之一,现阶段国内纺织一般采用“强化厌氧水解+生物化学处理+混凝沉淀过滤”的组合工艺对废水进行处理,其中COD、SS等指标得到较好控制,但出水色度却很难能达到国家标准要求。本文从印染废水脱色出发,在充分文献调研的基础上合成并改一种多功效的新型有机-无机复合絮凝剂。首先以双氰胺、甲醛为主要原料,氯化铵为催化剂(分批加入),合成絮凝剂A,优化催化剂投加量以确定最佳反应时间。其次,加入硫酸铝(饱和溶液)和硫酸亚铁,结合污水处理预期指标,确定最佳合成工艺条件。固定双氰胺:甲醛:催化剂:硫酸铝的摩尔比为1:1.5:0.57:0.2,亚铁离子加入的质量分数为1.5%,80℃反应2h得到淡黄色、透明、粘稠的液体复合絮凝剂B。絮凝剂B对废水的COD、磷去除率分别为65.5%、82.6%,酸性水质及碱性水质的脱色率分别达到80.5%和90.0%以上。红外光谱显示复合絮凝剂B中含有大量胺盐基。胺盐基可与废水绝大部分色素中的磺酸基发生反应,亚铁离子的存在使染料分子更容易结合反应,增加的铝离子以聚合态存在,在絮凝过程中具有很强的吸附和中和作用,,有效降低了废水污染因子降解对传统絮凝剂的大分子量要求。
[Abstract]:With the national attention to the quality problem, the problem has become an environmental problem of wastewater treatment. The printing and dyeing wastewater water, complex composition, high organic content, and most of water can not be biodegradable, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology has become one of the bottlenecks of wastewater treatment, the domestic textile generally use the "combined process of anaerobic hydrolysis + enhanced biological treatment + coagulation sedimentation filtration" treatment of wastewater COD, SS and other indicators have been well controlled, but the color is difficult to meet the national standard requirements. The decolorization of dyeing wastewater, a new type of inorganic organic composite flocculant based on the literature research on the synthesis and modification of a multi function. First, with dicyandiamide and formaldehyde as main raw material, ammonium chloride as catalyst (batch addition), synthetic flocculant A, optimization of catalyst dosage to determine the optimum reaction time. Secondly, adding Aluminum sulfate (saturated solution) and ferrous sulfate, combined with sewage treatment is expected index, the optimum synthesis conditions. Fixed dicyandiamide: formaldehyde: Catalyst: molar ratio of aluminum sulfate was 1:1.5:0.57:0.2, the mass fraction of ferrous ions added is 1.5%, 80 DEG C 2H was light yellow, transparent, liquid viscous B. composite flocculant flocculant B on the COD of the wastewater, phosphorus removal rate were 65.5%, 82.6%, water and alkaline water decolorization rate reached 80.5% and 90% respectively. The infrared spectra showed that B composite flocculant containing large amounts of ammonium salt and ammonium salt.
