武汉市东湖水污染分析及治理对策研究

【摘要】:我国城市化建设的脚步正在加快,社会经济的高速发展大幅增加了城市水资源的消耗与利用。污水排放力度的增大带来的是污染负荷加剧,使得城市水生态系统结构和水体功能的遭到严重破坏。因此,有效的防治城市水环境污染,同时保持社会经济快速发展,寻求社会、经济与环境可持续发展的途径有着深远的意义。本文根据武汉东湖严重的水环境污染问题,分析水环境承载力指标,构建水环境承载力体系,采用TMDL计划(最大日负荷量Total Maximum Daily Load)来计算东湖湖区的污染物总量,分析东湖水环境污染的状况。并针对东湖水污染治理中存在的问题,提出相应的治理对策。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)通过阅读大量的中外文文献,了解国内外湖泊水环境污染治理的现状,结合国内外水环境污染治理方法,针对东湖研究区的自然条件、社会经济情况以及区域生态特征,分析东湖水体污染的水质状况和主要污染因素,辨识东湖水环境污染的主要环境问题。(2)根据东湖主要水污染因素和水环境现状,通过水环境容量及水环境承载力的界定,选取一些数据指标,筛选对东湖水环境污染有影响的指标,且根据指标的权重,建立东湖水环境的承载力指标体系,分析东湖水环境承载力。(3)利用TMDL计划,根据东湖的实际污染情况,进行东湖的TMDL计划,针对东湖水体中主要的污染物:总氮,总磷和COD,计算东湖各子湖泊的主要污染物的最大日负荷量。(4)结合东湖水污染治理中存在的各种问题,基于前人的研究成果和现有的研究结果,分析东湖水环境污染的治理现状,提出相应的治理对策。
[Abstract]:The pace of urbanization in China is speeding up, the rapid development of social economy has greatly increased the consumption and utilization of urban water resources. The structure of urban water ecosystem and the function of water body are seriously damaged. Therefore, the effective prevention and control of urban water environment pollution, while maintaining the rapid development of social economy, seek the society, The way of sustainable development of economy and environment is of great significance. According to the serious pollution of water environment in East Lake of Wuhan, this paper analyzes the index of carrying capacity of water environment, and constructs the system of carrying capacity of water environment. The TMDL (maximum daily load Total Maximum Daily load) is used to calculate the total amount of pollutants in the East Lake region, and to analyze the situation of the water pollution in the East Lake, and to solve the problems existing in the treatment of the water pollution in the East Lake. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) by reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, we can understand the present situation of water environment pollution control in lakes at home and abroad, and combine the methods of water environment pollution control at home and abroad. In view of the natural conditions, social and economic conditions and regional ecological characteristics of the Donghu Lake research area, the water quality and main pollution factors of the Donghu Lake are analyzed. According to the main water pollution factors and the present situation of the water environment in the East Lake, through the definition of the water environmental capacity and the carrying capacity of the water environment, some data indexes are selected. The index system of water environment carrying capacity of East Lake is established according to the weight of indexes, and the carrying capacity of water environment of East Lake is analyzed. (3) using TMDL plan, according to the actual pollution situation of East Lake, For the main pollutants in the East Lake: total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD, the maximum daily load of the main pollutants in each sub-lake of the East Lake. Based on the previous research results and existing research results, this paper analyzes the current situation of water pollution control in East Lake, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
