嘉陵江重庆出口段小环藻水华影响因素分析

【摘要】:为研究嘉陵江重庆出口段小环藻"水华"的发生规律,对2010—2013年连续对嘉陵江出口段水华小环藻数量进行监测及分析,分析表明,嘉陵江出口段水华优势藻为星肋小环藻,呈年周期性暴发。每年早春(1月下旬—3月上旬)发生水华,水华期间星肋小环藻占总藻密度的85%~94%。SPSS18.0软件分析各理化指标与小环藻的相关性可知,水温与星肋小环藻数量呈显著正相关(r=-0.450,p=0.0040.01)。总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、流速(v)、光照强度等其他理化因子与小环藻水华相关性不显著,但rr偏说明其他理化因子的交互影响对小环藻水华有促进作用。因此,春季为小环藻的适宜生境,较低的观测水温(8.5~11.5℃),缓慢的流速(0.01~0.29 m/s),足够的光照时长(11.25 h),合理的营养盐分配才有可能发生小环藻水华。
[Abstract]:In order to study the occurrence rule of "Shui Hua" in the export section of Jialing River in Chongqing, the quantity of the algal algae in the export section of Jialing River from 2010 to 2013 was continuously monitored and analyzed. The analysis showed that the dominant alga in the export section of the Jialing River was Cyclomonas astrophylla. In early spring (late January to early March), Shui Hua occurred. The correlation between physical and chemical indexes and Cyclocystis microphylla was analyzed by the software of 850.94. SPSS 18.0, which accounted for the total algal density in the period of Shui Hua. There was a significant positive correlation between water temperature and the number of Cyclophora punctatus. There was no significant correlation between total nitrogen (TNN), total phosphorus (TP), flow rate, light intensity and other physicochemical factors, such as TN, TP, light intensity, etc., and Shui Hua was not significantly correlated with the total nitrogen (TNN), total phosphorus (TP), light intensity and other physical and chemical factors.
