两株硫酸盐还原菌的培养条件研究

【摘要】:【目的】研究两株SRB菌生长繁殖的影响因素,进行SRB菌剂的初步试制。【方法】采用CFU法进行菌株密度计数,考察不同p H、培养温度、碳源、培养基等条件对两株SRB菌株生长的影响,并对SRB4菌株进行了菌剂的初步试制。【结果】菌株SRB4的最适培养条件:温度为38℃;起始p H为8.0;培养基是以柠檬酸钠为碳源的改良Postgate培养基。菌株SRB3的最适培养条件:温度为36℃;起始p H为7.0;培养基是以玉米芯水提液为碳源的Postgate培养基。经菌剂初步试制,SRB4菌株在发酵48 h后菌株密度保持在1012 CFU/m L以上。【结论】两株SRB菌在最适培养条件下密度保持在1012 CFU/m L以上,可作为工程应用的备选菌株。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the factors affecting the growth and reproduction of two strains of SRB, and to make a preliminary trial production of SRB. [methods] the density of two strains of SRB was counted by CFU method, and the different pH, culture temperature and carbon source were investigated.
