嵩县庙岭金矿环境保护与治理方案分析

【摘要】:嵩县庙岭金矿是一座开采于1995年的老矿山,但是在其开采之前,当地盗采情况就很猖獗,所以实际开采年限更久,由于多年的矿山开采,各种矿山的生态环境问题在嵩县庙岭金矿都有所体现,庙岭金矿对于环境的治理经验对于那些经过多年开采的矿山企业有着广泛的应用示范价值。本文详细了解了庙岭金矿的地理位置、地形地貌、自然环境及矿山周边的情况,运用科学的手段对该矿山的地质环境进行评估和分区,详细了解了该矿山地质环境影响现状、对自然资源的破坏情况,通过实地走访掌握了这些一手资料。我们就开始下一步的工作。通过文献研究法、个案研究法对庙岭金矿自然地理、地形地貌及矿山开采情况进行研究分析,发现庙岭金矿面临的环境灾害具多样性,并且有很多是历史原因造成的,通过调查法、观察法、对庙岭金矿开展了地质环境影响评估与分区,对各种因为矿山开采可能造成的地质灾害进行了危险性评估,根据其影响严重程度大小进行分区,我们得到了庙岭金矿环境影响分区,并根据每个分区不同的需求建立环境恢复治理计划,通过定量分析法,我们把握了这些影响环境各个因素之间的关系,在这个基础上我们提出了自己的矿山地质环境保护与恢复治理原则、目标和任务。矿山环境治理不是一个盲目的、无序的行动。开展治理工作前要确定适合矿山企业的治理原则、目标、任务及防治工程。有了一个详细可行的计划还需要我们有一个良好的环境去促进计划的实施和落实,在这里我们特意编写了实施环境保护工程所需要的组织保障、技术保障及资金保障,来确保环境保护各项任务和工程得到落实。矿山环境治理不仅仅是付出,我们也应该认识到其带来的巨大的社会效益、环境效益、经济效益。作为一个历史悠久的矿山企业,嵩县庙岭金矿用自己的实际行动来证明其不仅仅是一个产生巨大经济效益的矿山企业,更是一个有这社会责任感的生态企业,希望庙岭金矿的环境治理工作更上一层楼,也希望能通过本文研究为其他矿山的环境治理工作提供一手的资料。
[Abstract]:The Miaoling gold mine in Songxian County is an old mine that was mined in 1995, but before it was mined, the local mining situation was rampant, so the actual mining period was longer, due to years of mining. The ecological environment problems of all kinds of mines are reflected in Miaoling Gold Mine, Songxian County. The experience of environmental control in Miaoling Gold Mine has extensive application and demonstration value for mine enterprises that have been mined for many years. This paper has a detailed understanding of the geographical location, topography and geomorphology of Miaoling Gold Mine, the natural environment and the situation around the mine. The geological environment of the mine is assessed and zoned by scientific means, and the present situation of the geological environment impact and the destruction of natural resources in the mine are understood in detail. We began our next work through field visits. Through literature research and case study, we studied and analyzed the physical geography, topography and topography of the Miaoling Gold Mine, as well as the mining situation of the mine. It is found that the environmental disasters in Miaoling Gold Mine are diverse, and many of them are caused by historical reasons. The geological environmental impact assessment and zoning of Miaoling Gold Mine have been carried out by means of investigation and observation. The risk assessment of various geological hazards caused by mining is carried out. According to the severity of the impact, the environmental impact zone of Miaoling Gold Mine is obtained. And according to the different needs of each sub-district, we set up the environmental restoration and governance plan. Through quantitative analysis, we have grasped the relationship between these factors that affect the environment. On this basis, we put forward our own principles, objectives and tasks for mine geological environment protection and restoration. Mine environmental control is not blind. Disorderly action. Before we carry out the governance work, we should determine the principles, objectives, tasks and prevention projects suitable for mining enterprises. With a detailed and feasible plan, we also need a good environment to promote the implementation and implementation of the plan. Here we have specially prepared the organizational, technical and financial guarantees needed to implement environmental protection projects to ensure that environmental protection tasks and projects are carried out. Mine environmental management is not just a sacrifice. We should also recognize the enormous social, environmental and economic benefits it brings. As a mining enterprise with a long history, The Miaoling Gold Mine in Songxian County has proved with its own practical actions that it is not only a mining enterprise with huge economic benefits, but also an ecological enterprise with such a social responsibility. It is hoped that the environmental control work of the Miaoling Gold Mine can be further improved. It is also hoped that this study can provide primary information for the environmental control work of other mines.
