企业价值观对环境战略的影响研究

【摘要】:中国作为最大的发展中国家,从建国以来尤其是改革开放以来的三十多年中经历了及其快速的发展过程,发展速度之快极为惊人,但是这是一种粗放型的发展方式,惊人的发展速度是以牺牲环境为代价的,在追逐利益的驱动下,人类的发展已经远远超出了自然的承受能力,环境问题接踵而至,污染之广涉及全球变暖、臭氧层破坏、淡水资源危机、能源短缺、森林资源锐减、土地荒漠化、垃圾成灾、有毒化学品污染等众多方面。所以在这几十年的发展中我们不得不接受环境日益恶劣的这一现实,接踵而至的环境问题促使我们在对友好环境充分重视的同时也要对的环境战略做进一步的认识与探讨研究。然而每个企业却有着不尽相同的环境战略,促使不同企业有着不同的环境战略的影响因素也有很多,之前的学者也对此有一定的研究,本文将重点探讨影响因素中的企业价值观这一因素对环境战略的影响,试图揭示企业价值观是如何影响企业环境战略的。所以本文选取在环境战略方面具有典型性的企业燕京啤酒作为案例企业,通过扎根理论、文献研究和单案例研究的方法对其机理进行研究。根据燕京啤酒的特点,本文的研究分为两个阶段,以1997年燕京啤酒上市为界限,通过搜集、编码、分析相关资料,最后对这两个阶段中企业价值观分别是怎样影响企业环境战略的有一个清晰、深刻的认识。在这两个阶段中企业价值观对于企业环境战略的影响过程有着一定的区别,对这两个过程中所存在的区别的揭示有利于读者对于这一机理的了解与认识,对其他企业实施企业环境战略也有着一定的借鉴与启发意义。
[Abstract]:As the largest developing country, China has experienced an extremely rapid development process since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially more than 30 years since the beginning of the reform and opening up. The speed of development is extremely astonishing, but this is an extensive development mode. The amazing speed of development is at the expense of the environment. Driven by the pursuit of interests, human development has far exceeded the capacity of nature. Environmental problems have followed, and pollution has been widespread in terms of global warming and ozone depletion. Freshwater resource crisis, energy shortage, forest resource decline, land desertification, garbage disaster, toxic chemical pollution and so on. So in the development of these decades, we have to accept the fact that the environment is getting worse and worse. The following environmental problems urge us to pay more attention to the friendly environment and to make further understanding and research on the environmental strategy. However, each enterprise has different environmental strategies. There are many factors that influence different enterprises to have different environmental strategy. Previous scholars also have some research on it. This paper will focus on the impact of the factors of enterprise values on environmental strategy. This paper tries to reveal how enterprise values affect enterprise environmental strategy. Therefore, this paper selects Yanjing Beer, a typical enterprise in environmental strategy, as a case study, through the theory of taking root. According to the characteristics of Yanjing Beer, the research in this paper is divided into two stages, which are divided into two stages, which are divided into two stages. By collecting, coding and analyzing the relevant data, the paper takes the listing of Yanjing Beer as the limit in 1997. Finally, there is a clear and profound understanding of how the enterprise values affect the enterprise environmental strategy in these two phases. In these two stages, there are some differences in the influence process of the enterprise values on the enterprise environmental strategy. Revealing the differences between the two processes is beneficial to readers' understanding and understanding of this mechanism, and also has certain reference and enlightening significance for other enterprises to implement the enterprise environmental strategy.
