基于复合生态系统原理的流域水生态承载力内涵解析

【摘要】:水生态承载力作为一个新的概念,其概念和内涵目前仍处于争论和探索之中。在回顾水生态承载力内涵已有研究的基础上,首先阐明具有"量、质、序"递进关系的水生态系统健康特征及其综合表征因子,然后基于复合生态系统原理,构建由水生态、经济和社会子系统共同构成、相互作用的流域复合水生态系统模型。在此基础上,以流域水生态系统的健康为目标,基于复合水生态系统模型,提出水生态承载力概念,并解析其内涵。流域水生态承载力具有极限性、可调性、动态性、相对稳定性、模糊性和不确定性等多种特征,在人类自身发展和主观调控的共同作用下呈现出沿"S"型不断增大的演化轨迹。通过提高经济效率和优化社会配置来降低经济社会压力,或者通过扩充可用水资源和水环境容量来提高支撑能力,可以使水生态承载力得以提升。
[Abstract]:As a new concept, the concept and connotation of water ecological carrying capacity are still under debate and exploration. Based on the principle of compound ecosystem, the water ecosystem health characteristics and its comprehensive characterization factors are constructed, which are composed of water ecology, economy and society subsystem. On the basis of the model, the concept of water ecological carrying capacity is put forward based on the model of complex water ecosystem, aiming at the health of watershed water ecosystem. The water ecological carrying capacity of watershed has many characteristics, such as limit, adjustable, dynamic, relative stability, fuzziness and uncertainty, etc. Under the joint action of human development and subjective regulation and control, there is an increasing evolution track along the "S" pattern. By improving economic efficiency and optimizing social allocation, we can reduce economic and social pressure. Or by expanding the available water resources and water environment capacity to improve the supporting capacity, the water ecological carrying capacity can be enhanced.
