中药药渣的综合利用及其研究进展

【摘要】:药渣是中药制药过程中产生的固体废弃物,每年的产量高达数百万吨,直接丢弃不仅污染环境,还会造成巨大的浪费,探索中药药渣的高值利用,开发具有高附加值的资源性产品极具研究意义与研究价值。中药废弃药渣中含有纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、脂肪、蛋白以及药物活性组分等物质,通过萃取、发酵、焙烧、气化、裂解等过程,可以得到药物活性物质、饲料、植物培养基、工程材料、燃料等,进而应用到医药、动植物饲养、能源化工、环境保护和先进功能材料等领域和行业,从而实现废弃物的二次开发,产生巨大的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical residue is a solid waste produced in the pharmaceutical process of traditional Chinese medicine. The annual output is as high as several million tons. Direct disposal will not only pollute the environment, but also cause huge waste, and explore the high value utilization of the residue of traditional Chinese medicine. It is of great significance and value to develop resource products with high added value. The residue of traditional Chinese medicine waste medicine contains cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, fat, protein and active components of drugs, which are extracted, fermented, roasted, etc. In the process of gasification and pyrolysis, active substances of medicine, feed, plant culture medium, engineering materials, fuel and so on can be obtained, which can then be applied in fields and industries such as medicine, animal and plant breeding, energy and chemical industry, environmental protection and advanced functional materials, etc. In order to realize the secondary development of waste, produce huge economic benefits.
