东营某炼油废水处理工艺方案设计

【摘要】:炼油废水是石油炼制过程中排放的含油废水,具有排放量大,污染物成分复杂、浓度高,含大量有毒和难生物降解污染物等特点,直接排放会对环境造成极大危害。传统炼油废水处理工艺为“隔油-气浮-生化”的老三套工艺,技术成熟、可靠,但对废水处理效果有限,难以达到日益提高的排放标准。同时,单一的处理工艺很难达到国家和地方排放标准,多级组合处理工艺能根据各处理单元特点,发挥各处理单元优势而避免其局限性,达到较好的处理效果,正得到越来越多的工程实际应用。本废水处理设计以东营某炼油厂废水处理为实例,根据对项目水质特征的分析,结合当地自然条件、排放标准等因素,进行了工艺比选、设计参数和运行参数分析论证,确定了一套“隔油+涡凹气浮+溶气气浮+MBBR+臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池+过滤+消毒”的组合工艺,并对工程进行了具体的构筑物设计和设备选型。根据设计方案预期处理效果,该炼油废水经组合工艺处理后,pH为6-9,CODcr≤50 mg/L, BOD5≤10 mg/L, SS≤20 mg/L, NH4+-N5 mg/L,石油类≤3 mg/L,挥发酚≤0.2 mg/L,硫化物≤1.0 mg/L,总氰化物≤0.5 mg/L,色度小于30倍,出水水质达到《山东省海河流域水污染物综合排放标准》(DB37/675-2007)一级标准及2011年修改页排放标准。根据设计方案,组合工艺对CODc,的预期去除率为97.5%,对SS的预期去除率为97.1%,对NH4+-N的预期去除率为92.8%,对石油类的预期去除率将达到99.4%。该组合工艺对炼油废水预期处理效果较好,当水质在一定的浓度范围内波动时,组合工艺具有较好的耐冲击负荷能力,可稳定运行,在炼油废水处理中具有广阔的工程应用前景。
