Some of the conclusions can provide references and basis for decision making on environmental protection and management of the reservoir area, and provide basic framework and blueprint for operation of eco-environmental monitoring center of the area.

    本文在分析库区生态环境现状和系统研究三峡水利枢纽环境影响评价关于库区部分的结论之基础上。对三峡库区施工准备期、施工期和完建后几个重要的环境问题作了叙述。本文的一些结论可为库区建设、开展库区环境保护和管理工作提供决策的参考和依据,,为三峡库区生态环境监测中心的工作提供基本框架和蓝图。
