【摘要】:中国环保产业经过几十年来的发展,以及随着国家环境保护政策力度的不断加大、环保法律法规的不断完善,逐渐由初期的“三废”(废气,废水,废弃物)为主,发展为包括环保产品、环保服务、环境基础设施建设、环境友好产品和资源循环化利用等门类齐全的环保产业体系。随着环保产业的迅速发展,规模不断加大,产业领域不断拓展,产业结构、技术和产品不断优化升级。不断有新企业进入环保产业,造成竞争不断加剧,老牌环保公司竞争地位受到挑战。企业要想在竞争中站稳脚跟,保持自身竞争优势,就必须要不断调整公司发展战略。本文从阐述目前环保产业的现状入手,用PEST法分析了我国环保产业中污水处理行业的整体发展现状。运用SWOT分析模型和价值链分析,对WK环保公司的全面描述并对经营状况的分析,深入剖析WK环保公司的企业特点、优势和劣势;确定WK环保公司的核心能力和核心业务,结合战略管理、公司理财、管理经济学等方面的知识,得出WK环保公司应采取激进型战略来调整公司发展战略,实现跨越式发展。通过市场吸引力和企业自身竞争力,结合自身核心能力和核心业务,提出主要在水处理行业进行主要投资,固体废弃物行业适度投资,对大气污染行业不投资的决策。并结合组织策略、投资策略、人力资源管理策略、财务管理策略和营销策略的调整,为WK环保公司的激进型发展战略顺利实施提供保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of environmental protection industry in China over the past several decades, and with the increasing intensity of national environmental protection policies and the continuous improvement of environmental protection laws and regulations, the "three wastes" (waste gas, waste water and waste) in the initial period have gradually become the main ones. Develop into a complete range of environmental protection industry systems, including environmental protection products, environmental services, environmental infrastructure construction, environment-friendly products and recycling of resources. With the rapid development of the environmental protection industry, the scale is constantly increasing. Industrial fields are constantly expanding, industrial structure, technology and products are constantly being optimized and upgraded. New enterprises are constantly entering the environmental protection industry, resulting in increased competition, and the competitive position of established environmental protection companies is challenged. Enterprises want to stand firm in the competition. To maintain its competitive advantage, it is necessary to constantly adjust the development strategy of the company. This paper analyzes the overall development situation of sewage treatment industry in environmental protection industry in China by using PEST method. By using SWOT analysis model and value chain analysis, the overall description and management status of WK environmental protection company are described, and the enterprise characteristics of WK environmental protection company are deeply analyzed. Strengths and weaknesses; determine the core competencies and core business of WK Environmental Protection Company; combine the knowledge of strategic management, corporate financial management, management economics, etc., and draw a conclusion that WK Environmental Protection Company should adopt a radical strategy to adjust the company's development strategy. To achieve leapfrog development. Through market attraction and enterprises' own competitiveness, combining with their core competence and core business, the paper puts forward that the main investment is mainly in the water treatment industry, and the solid waste industry should invest moderately. Combined with the adjustment of organization strategy, investment strategy, human resource management strategy, financial management strategy and marketing strategy, this paper provides a guarantee for the successful implementation of the aggressive development strategy of WK environmental protection company.
