基于ADuC7060多功能手持式气体检测仪的设计

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的提高以及科技的进步,大气中的有毒气体也越来越多,我国要实施可持续发展道路的战略思想,其中最关键的一步是必须减少空气污染,就必须加大对环境大气监测的力度。本课题根据实际的需求,设计了一款基于ADuC7060的多功能手持式气体检测仪。对5种气体(氧气、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫)的浓度和温度进行实时检测和监控报警。本课题所用的传感器是5种不同的电化学气体传感器,所设计的检测仪能通过该传感器对相应的5种气体进行含量的检测,把相应的浓度值实时在LCD液晶显示屏上显示出来。当所检测到的气体浓度值达到所设定的值时,产生声光报警。为了提供给用户一个良好的视图和良好的人机交互界面,系统硬件电路还包括有键盘电路、还有从电化学传感器所接收的信号的信号调理电路、声光报警电路、供电电路、数据存储电路等等。检测仪的控制芯片采用ADI公司生产的ADuC7060芯片为其核心,把经A/D转换后的数据进行处理操作。为了方便管理和操作,还设计了数据存储电路,把检测到的数据经ADuC7060处理后存储在相应的内存单元里。在整个系统中,以嵌入式开发系统为平台,在Keil4的开发环境下,完成程序的装载,软件采用模块化的思想进行编写,充分考虑系统的性能,对实现低功耗的方案进行讨论分析。最后给出系统软硬件的具体设计方案和框图。最后给出系统详细的软硬件调试方法,本次所设计的检测仪系统在实验室已调试完成,实验效果符合预期所要求的精度,并且系统的抗干扰能力强、性能稳定。在论文的结尾给出系统设计的不足之处和展望以及仍需改进的几个方面。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the progress of science and technology, there are more and more toxic gases in the atmosphere. In order to implement the strategic idea of sustainable development, one of the most crucial steps is to reduce air pollution. According to the actual demand, we designed a multi-function hand-held gas detector based on ADuC7060. For five gases (oxygen, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide), The sensor used in this paper is five kinds of electrochemical gas sensors, through which the content of the corresponding five gases can be detected by the sensor. The corresponding concentration value is displayed on the LCD LCD in real time. When the detected gas concentration value reaches the set value, acousto-optic alarm is generated. In order to provide the user with a good view and a good human-computer interface, The hardware circuit of the system also includes keyboard circuit, signal conditioning circuit for signals received from electrochemical sensors, acousto-optic alarm circuit, power supply circuit, Data storage circuits and so on. The control chip of the tester uses ADuC7060 chip produced by ADI company as its core, and processes and operates the data after A- / D conversion. In order to facilitate management and operation, the data storage circuit is also designed. The detected data is processed by ADuC7060 and stored in the corresponding memory unit. In the whole system, the embedded development system is taken as the platform, the program is loaded in the Keil4 development environment, and the software is programmed with the idea of modularization. Considering the performance of the system, this paper discusses and analyzes the scheme of realizing low power consumption. Finally, the detailed design scheme and block diagram of the system software and hardware are given. Finally, the detailed debugging method of software and hardware of the system is given. The system has been debugged in the laboratory, and the experimental results are in line with the expected accuracy, and the anti-interference ability of the system is strong. At the end of the paper, the shortcomings and prospects of the system design and several aspects that need to be improved are given.
