中国特色社会主义生态文明建设现状与对策研究

【摘要】：21世纪的今天,生态环境的日益恶化己成为经济社会可持续发展面临的严峻挑战,严重影响到了人类社会的生存和发展。人们开始逐渐意识到,人类要实现经济社会发展,就必须与自然和谐相处,就必须寻求新的发展模式,建立一种新型的文明和社会发展形态,生态文明应运而生。新中国成立以来,我国的经济建设和社会发展都取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而,伴随着经济、社会的飞速发展,我们赖以生存的生态环境却因历史与现实因素的综合影响,遭受了严重污染与破坏,并呈现出日益恶化的趋势。我党和国家始终高度重视生态环境问题,党的十七大明确提出生态文明建设,十八大把生态文明建设提升到战略高度,把其与经济、政治、文化、社会建设纳入社会主义事业“五位一体”总体布局。建设生态文明,实现“天蓝、地绿、水净”是关乎人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计。本文紧跟时代形势,坚持与时俱进,密切联系当前的社会热点问题,深入学习贯彻党的十八大及十八届三中、四中全会精神,采用文献研究法、多学科综合研究方法和系统论与整体观研究等方法,对我国生态文明建设问题进行探索和研究,文章分为五部分。文章的绪论部分,主要介绍了论文选题的理论意义和现实意义,评析论文选题的国内外研究现状,论述了论文的基本思路、主要创新点和研究方法;第一章主要系统说明了中国特色社会主义生态文明建设理论,对其理论内涵、理论构成、理论特点三方面进行了详细论述;第二章主要研究中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的现状,对我国生态文明建设的历史进程、主要成就和严峻挑战一一进行了论述;第三章则是中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的对策思考,从指导思想、制度建设、经济增长方式和全民意识四个方面进行了阐述。结束语对文章的研究成果进行了总结,并对未来研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the worsening of ecological environment has become a severe challenge to the sustainable development of economy and society, which has seriously affected the survival and development of human society. We must live in harmony with nature, we must seek new models of development, we must establish a new form of civilization and social development, and ecological civilization has emerged as the times require. China's economic construction and social development have made remarkable achievements. However, with the rapid development of economy and society, the ecological environment on which we live is influenced by historical and realistic factors. The Party and the country have always attached great importance to the ecological environment problems, and the 17th National Congress of the Party has clearly proposed the construction of ecological civilization, and in 18, the construction of ecological civilization has been promoted to a strategic height. To integrate it with economic, political, cultural and social construction into the overall layout of the socialist cause of "five in one". Building ecological civilization and realizing "sky blue, green earth, clean water" is of vital importance to the well-being of the people. This paper closely follows the times, insists on keeping pace with the times, closely links with the current hot social issues, deeply studies and implements the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18 National Congress of the CPC and the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, and adopts the literature research method. The article is divided into five parts: the introduction part of the article, the comprehensive research method of multi-discipline and the research method of system theory and the whole view, etc, to explore and study the construction of ecological civilization in our country. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical and practical significance of the topic of the thesis, comments on the domestic and foreign research status of the topic, discusses the basic ideas of the paper, the main innovation points and research methods; The first chapter systematically explains the construction theory of the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and discusses its theoretical connotation, theoretical composition and theoretical characteristics in detail. The second chapter mainly studies the current situation of the construction of the ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and discusses the historical process, main achievements and severe challenges of the construction of the ecological civilization in China. The third chapter is the countermeasures of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, from the guiding ideology, system construction, economic growth mode and the consciousness of the whole people. The future research is also prospected.
