含油污水聚结处理装置的滤芯设计与实验研究

【摘要】:含油污水作为环境污染的重要方面之一,对当前环境的影响非常严重,因此,对含油污水的处理是一个不能忽视和逃避的问题。本文基于理论与实验相结合的方法,用含油污水聚结处理装置对特定的含油污水进行了实验研究,主要工作如下:(1)给出了油滴上浮速度公式和除油效率公式:阐述了聚结分离的过程和机理,分析了影响滤芯式聚结处理装置分离性能的因素;(2)对选用的两种材料进行微观形貌测试分析,得出了玻璃纤维材料是相对光滑的表面结构,而不锈钢纤维材料是较粗糙的表面结构,通过对两种材料进行接触角试验,验证了两种材料均是亲油疏水性的聚结材料,设计了褶状结构的滤芯,骨架强度校核的结果满足使用要求;(3)用含油污水聚结处理装置对玻璃纤维和不锈钢纤维滤芯进行实验,研究表明:流量和入口含油量的增加均能使入口压力增加,但是流量是影响压力升高的主要因素。对改性聚丙烯腈纤维线绕滤芯、玻璃纤维滤芯和不锈钢纤维滤芯进行对比,实验表明:在相同工况下,未添加乳化剂时,不锈钢纤维滤芯的入口压力最小,出口含油量最低,玻璃纤维滤芯的入口压力稍高,出口含油量较高,而改性聚丙烯腈纤维线绕滤芯的入口压力最高,出口含油量最高;在处理不同油品时,三种滤芯的聚结分离性能基本不变。对添加乳化剂后的污水进行实验表明,三种滤芯的出口含油量均增加较快,聚结分离性能均有不同程度的降低,表明这三种滤芯均比较适合处理破乳后的含油污水。
[Abstract]:As one of the important aspects of environmental pollution, oily sewage has a very serious impact on the current environment. Therefore, the treatment of oily sewage is a problem that can not be ignored and avoided. An experimental study on the specific oily sewage was carried out by using an oil-bearing sewage coalescence treatment device. The main work is as follows: (1) the oil droplet floating speed formula and the oil removal efficiency formula are given. The process and mechanism of coalescence separation are described. The factors affecting the separation performance of the filter type coalescence treatment unit were analyzed. The microstructure of the two materials selected was tested and analyzed. The glass fiber material was obtained as a relatively smooth surface structure. The stainless steel fiber material is a rough surface structure. Through the contact angle test of the two materials, it is verified that the two materials are oil-hydrophobic coalescence materials, and the filter element with pleated structure is designed. The results of skeleton strength check meet the requirement of application. (3) the filter elements of glass fiber and stainless steel fiber are tested with oil-bearing sewage coalescence treatment device. The results show that the inlet pressure can be increased with the increase of flow rate and inlet oil content. But the flow rate is the main factor that affects the pressure rise. The comparison of the modified polyacrylonitrile fiber wire-wound filter, glass fiber filter and stainless steel fiber filter shows that under the same working condition, the emulsifier is not added. The inlet pressure of the stainless steel fiber filter is the smallest, the oil content at the outlet is the lowest, the inlet pressure of the glass fiber filter is slightly higher, and the oil content at the outlet is higher, while the inlet pressure of the modified polyacrylonitrile fiber is the highest and the oil content at the outlet is the highest. In the treatment of different oil products, the coalescence separation performance of the three kinds of filter elements is basically unchanged. The experiment on sewage after adding emulsifier shows that the oil content at the outlet of the three filter elements increases rapidly, and the coalescence separation performance decreases in varying degrees. These three kinds of filter elements are suitable for treating oily sewage after demulsification.
