科研院校危险化学品管理的分析与探讨

【摘要】：学校的实验室是重要的教学和科研基地,其涉及的危险化学品种类和数量逐年增加,若管理不当极易导致危害事故,严重威胁人员生命和财产安全。为了改进学校危险化学品管理水平,针对国内外科研院校危险化学品的管理现状进行了综述,并通过对12家科研院校的实地走访和问卷调查,分析了目前我国科研院校危险化学品管理中存在的主要问题和安全隐患,并就应用大数据策略提高管理效率和质量进行了探讨。研究表明,正视信息不畅、管理不严、队伍不强、宣传不力等问题,在强化常规措施的基础上引入大数据技术,积极构建统一的科研院校危险化学品信息化管理平台,实现安全风险评估与预警,将有利于突破我国科研院校危险化学品管理瓶颈。
[Abstract]:The laboratory of the school is an important teaching and research base, and the kinds and quantities of dangerous chemicals involved increase year by year. In order to improve the management level of hazardous chemicals in schools, this paper summarizes the current situation of management of hazardous chemicals in domestic and foreign scientific research colleges and universities, and through field visits and questionnaires to 12 scientific research institutes, This paper analyzes the main problems and safety hidden dangers in the management of hazardous chemicals in our country's scientific research colleges and universities, and probes into how to improve the efficiency and quality of management by applying big data's strategy. The research shows that the information is not smooth and the management is not strict. On the basis of strengthening conventional measures, introducing big data technology, actively constructing a unified information management platform for hazardous chemicals in scientific research colleges and universities, realizing safety risk assessment and early warning, It will help to break through the bottleneck of the management of hazardous chemicals in our country's scientific research institutions.
