河口水体中溶解性物质对氟喹诺酮光解速率常数的影响

【摘要】:氟喹诺酮(FQs)在环境中经常被检出,会诱导抗药细菌和人体抗性基因的产生。自然水体中溶解性物质对FQs的光解具有显著影响。以氙灯作为光源,测定了9种FQs在5个黄河河口水样中的光解速率常数,并研究了NO_3~-、Cl~-和溶解性有机质(DOM)对巴洛沙星的光解速率常数的复合影响。结果表明,9种FQs的水解和生物降解等过程可以忽略不计,其在水样中的光解过程都可以用一级动力学方程来描述,但速率常数差异很大。其中,洛美沙星的光解速率常数最大,巴洛沙星的光解速率常数最小,因此巴洛沙星可能的环境风险最大。NO_3~-对巴洛沙星的光解过程具有显著的促进作用,Cl-具有显著的抑制作用,而DOM对巴洛沙星的光解过程影响不显著。NO_3~-、Cl~-和DOM对巴洛沙星的光解过程的复合影响不是简单的线性关系,而是存在一定的交互作用。
[Abstract]:Fluoroquinolones are often detected in the environment and induce the production of drug-resistant bacteria and human resistant genes. Soluble substances in natural water have a significant effect on the photolysis of FQs. The photolysis rate constants of nine kinds of FQs in five water samples of the Yellow River estuary were determined. The compound effects of no _ 3H _ 3C _ (-) and dissolved organic matter (DOM) on the photolysis rate constants of balofloxacin were studied. The results showed that the hydrolysis and biodegradation of nine kinds of FQs were negligible. The photolysis process in water samples can be described by first-order kinetic equation, but the rate constant is very different. Among them, the photolysis rate constant of Lomefloxacin is the largest, and that of Barrofloxacin is the smallest. Therefore, the possible environmental risk of barlofloxacin is the greatest. No _ 3s-has a significant promoting effect on the photolysis process of balofloxacin and has a significant inhibitory effect on the photolysis process of aloxacin. However, the effect of DOM on the photolysis process of balofloxacin is not significant. The compound effect of DOM and Nos on the photolysis process of balofloxacin is not a simple linear relationship, but a certain interaction.
