页岩气井场优势复合菌的构建及降解条件优化

【摘要】:将页岩气井场多株放线菌和细菌排列组合成30种复合菌进行降解实验,筛选出有机烃类降解优势复合菌,同时采用单因素变化降解实验和数理统计相结合的方法优化降解条件。研究表明:有机烃类降解复合菌F3+R7降解效果最好,12天降解率高达84.1%,降解了正十三烷等20种有机烃类成分物质;初始pH值7、温度31℃、初始有机烃类废弃物浓度14 g/L、氮磷比9∶1为最佳降解条件。
[Abstract]:A series of actinomycetes and bacteria were arranged and combined into 30 kinds of compound bacteria in shale gas well field for degradation experiment, and the dominant compound bacteria for organic hydrocarbon degradation were screened out. At the same time, the degradation conditions were optimized by the combination of single factor change degradation experiment and mathematical statistics. The results showed that the degradation efficiency of organic hydrocarbon degradation complex strain F3R7 was as high as 84.1% in 12 days, and n-tridecane et al. 20 was degraded.
