基于PLC的污水处理控制系统与水质PH值的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,环境保护显得日益重要。在环境生态平衡中水资源作为一个相当关键的因素,直接影响着生态循环。保护水资源有着多种措施,其中污水处理是最有效,最直接的方式。传统的污水处理主要依靠手动操作与人工经验来进行控制,这种方式存在很多缺点,如工作效率低,信息分散,实时反馈差,,效果不理想等。随着科学技术的发展,我们利用计算机自动控制系统进行污水处理是非常必要的。这样不仅可以提高污水处理效率,而且更加安全环保,还能节省资源。 本文以陕西岐山污水处理厂为原型介绍一套PLC污水处理自动控制系统。该厂原本有一套传统的污水处理设备,主要依靠人工手动操作完成,污水处理效率低下,安全隐患多。所以我们要改进原有的污水处理系统,建立起一套现场手动控制,远程计算机监控系统控制以及PLC自动控制的三种方式结合的现代化污水处理控制系统。本文分三部分介绍该系统的结构组成,功能应用。第一,基于污水处理厂的工艺原理我们介绍了污水处理自动控制系统选用的PLC控制基站,对其进行软硬件的设计;第二,介绍了计算机监控系统软件设计,利用组态王对污水处理工艺流程各个环节的参数,过程进行动态设计;第三,利用经典的PID控制方法以及模糊控制(灰色预测模型)来实现水质PH值的调整,并针对水质PH值的复杂性特点设计了一种去干扰效果好的滑膜控制器,最终实现了污水处理二次回收利用的目的。本设计运用了RS-485总线来实现系统的上下位通讯。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, environmental protection is becoming increasingly important.In the environmental ecological balance, water resources, as a key factor, directly affect the ecological cycle.There are many measures to protect water resources, among which sewage treatment is the most effective and direct way.The traditional sewage treatment mainly relies on manual operation and manual experience to control, which has many disadvantages, such as low working efficiency, information dispersion, poor real-time feedback, unsatisfactory effect and so on.With the development of science and technology, it is very necessary to use computer automatic control system for sewage treatment.This can not only improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, but also more safe and environmental protection, but also save resources.This paper introduces a set of PLC sewage treatment automatic control system based on Shaanxi Qishan sewage treatment Plant.This plant originally has a set of traditional sewage treatment equipment, mainly rely on manual operation to complete, sewage treatment efficiency is low, safety hidden danger is many.So we should improve the original sewage treatment system and establish a modern sewage treatment control system which combines manual control remote computer monitoring system control and PLC automatic control.This paper introduces the structure and application of the system in three parts.First, based on the process principle of sewage treatment plant, we introduce the PLC control base station, which is selected for the sewage treatment automatic control system, and design the software and hardware of the system. Second, we introduce the software design of the computer monitoring system.Using Kingview to dynamically design the parameters and process of each link of sewage treatment process. Thirdly, using classical PID control method and fuzzy control (grey prediction model) to realize the adjustment of PH value of water quality.According to the complexity of PH value of water quality, a kind of synovial controller with good decontamination effect is designed, and the purpose of secondary recovery and utilization of sewage treatment is finally realized.This design uses RS-485 bus to realize the communication between upper and lower system.
