基于双能X射线透射技术的废金属分选系统设计

【摘要】:随着我国工业的快速发展,汽车、建材、家电和机械等产品更新换代速率加快,随之产生的废金属量迅猛增加,废金属资源的回收与再利用技术研究已成为金属工业可持续发展的重要研究领域。装备整体水平落后等问题严重制约着我国废金属回收行业的发展。为了提升我国废金属分选回收设备的技术水平,提高金属回收效率,节约金属资源,本文针对双能X射线透射分选技术进行研究。(1)基于双能X射线透射分析理论,研究了利用R值曲线法和Bayes决策函数判定金属物料元素的方法。(2)在分析双能X射线透射信号及其噪声的基础上,针对探测随机噪声的高斯分布特性、孤立噪声的无规律性和探测板之间的串扰噪声只在固定通道出现等特点,提出一种改进的邻域相关自适应中值滤波法,以满足滤波的准确性与快速性。(3)在Visual Studio 2012环境下开发了分选系统的控制处理程序,包括:X射线源、双能线阵列探测器和物料输运装置的控制程序,信号采集与处理程序等。(4)设计基于双能X射线透射技术的废金属分选系统的总体结构,采用Spellman X射线源、Sens-Tech双能线阵列探测器和物料输运装置等搭建废金属分选系统样机。(5)通过铝块的双能X射线透射信号滤波实验,验证了所提出的双能X射线透射信号的滤波算法的有效性。通过分析铜、铝阶梯试件的双能X射线透射信号曲线以及R值,验证了所提出的基于双能X射线透射分析技术的金属物料识别方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's industry, the rate of replacement of automobiles, building materials, household appliances and machinery has been accelerated, and the amount of scrap metal produced has increased rapidly.The research on recycling and reuse of scrap metal resources has become an important research field in the sustainable development of metal industry.The backward level of equipment seriously restricts the development of scrap metal recovery industry in China.In order to improve the technical level of waste metal separation and recovery equipment in China, to improve the efficiency of metal recovery and to save metal resources, this paper studies dual-energy X-ray transmission separation technology, which is based on the theory of dual-energy X-ray transmission analysis.Based on the analysis of dual energy X ray transmission signal and its noise, the method of determining metal material elements by using R value curve method and Bayes decision function is studied. The Gao Si distribution characteristic of detecting random noise is studied.In this paper, an improved neighborhood correlation adaptive median filtering method is proposed for isolated noise and crosstalk noise between detection boards, which only occur in fixed channels.In order to satisfy the accuracy and rapidity of filtering, the control program of the sorting system is developed under Visual Studio 2012 environment, including the control program of the X ray source, the dual energy line array detector and the material transportation device.The general structure of waste metal sorting system based on dual-energy X-ray transmission technology is designed.The waste metal sorting system prototype is constructed by using Spellman X-ray source sensor-Tech dual energy line array detector and material transport device. The experiment is carried out through aluminum block dual energy X ray transmission signal filtering experiment.The validity of the proposed filtering algorithm for dual energy X ray transmission signals is verified.By analyzing the double energy X ray transmission signal curve and R value of copper and aluminum ladder specimens, the validity of the proposed method based on dual energy X ray transmission analysis is verified.
