冶炼烟气高效除尘、降温研究与应用

【摘要】:目前国内外冶炼烟气制酸净化工序主要采用湿法洗涤,逆流接触法达到净化降温的效果,受技术、材料等因素的影响,其设备庞大、占地面积大,除尘降温能力有限。伴随着冶炼系统产能的不断增加,绝对制酸系统净化工序增加负担。根据金川公司化工厂制酸系统观察来看,烟气量的增加导致设备内部填料、喷头、篦子板堵塞,塔体底部积泥严重。不仅降低了设备的除尘降温效果,而且增加了人员的劳动强度,检修难度增加。本文通过对净化工序的湍冲塔、洗涤塔以及电除雾器内部结构和配置进行了改造和优化,缩短了工艺流程,洗涤效果提高,减少了占地面积,同时节省了投资。在冶炼烟气中含尘较高的制酸系统中具有很高的推广意义。
[Abstract]:At present the domestic and foreign smelting flue gas acid-making purification process mainly uses the wet method to wash, countercurrent contact method to achieve the purification cooling effect, by the technical, the material and so on factor influence, its equipment is huge, the occupation area is big, the dedusting cooling ability is limited.With the continuous increase of production capacity of smelting system, the purification process of absolute acid-making system increases the burden.According to the observation of acid-making system in chemical plant of Jinchuan Company, the increase of flue gas amount leads to the blockage of internal packing, nozzle and grate plate, and serious sludge accumulation at the bottom of tower body.It not only reduces the dedusting and cooling effect of the equipment, but also increases the labor intensity and maintenance difficulty.In this paper, the internal structure and configuration of the turbulent scouring tower, the washing tower and the electric mist remover in the purification process are reformed and optimized, the process flow is shortened, the washing effect is improved, the area of occupation is reduced, and the investment is saved at the same time.It has high popularization significance in acid making system with high dust content in smelting flue gas.
