3种类水滑石在中高温条件下的脱氯性能

【摘要】:采用共沉淀法制备CaMgAl-HTLs,ZnMgAl-HTLs,FeMgAl-HTLs三种类水滑石(HTLs),在不同初始浓度、温度条件下对3种类水滑石的脱氯性能及其随反应时间的变化进行了试验研究,并结合热重分析对其吸附机理进行推测.结果表明,3种类水滑石材料都具有良好的脱氯性能,在整个试验过程中脱氯效率均在86%以上;瞬时脱氯效率均随反应时长的增加先减小后维持稳定;平均脱氯效率随HCl初始浓度升高而下降;平均脱氯效率随温度的升高呈现出不同的变化趋势,试验温度从350℃升高到650℃,CaMgAl-HTLs,ZnMgAl-HTLs类水滑石的平均脱氯效率先升高后下降随后又略有回升,峰值出现在450℃,分别为97.6%和96.8%,而FeMgAlHTLs类水滑石的平均脱氯效率随温度的升高不断减小,最大值出现在350℃,为94.1%.3种类水滑石中CaMgAl-HTLs吸附剂的综合性能最佳,脱氯效率在93%以上,FeMgAl-HTLs的性能最不稳定.
[Abstract]:Three kinds of hydrotalcite, CaMgAl-HTLs-ZnMgAl-HTLsls-FeMgAl-HTLs, were prepared by co-precipitation method. The dechlorination properties of three kinds of hydrotalcite and their changes with reaction time were studied under different initial concentration and temperature, and the adsorption mechanism of these three kinds of hydrotalcite was predicted by thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the dechlorination efficiency of the three kinds of hydrotalcite materials was above 86%, and the instantaneous dechlorination efficiency decreased first and then remained stable with the increase of reaction time.The average dechlorination efficiency decreased with the increase of the initial concentration of HCl, and the average dechlorination efficiency showed a different trend with the increase of temperature.The average dechlorination efficiency of FeMgAlHTLs hydrotalcite increased from 350 鈩,
