【摘要】:水环境质量监测是我国环境保护工作的重要组成部分,实施水环境质量监测可以及时掌握监测地区的水质状况,保障水资源安全。目前我国在水环境监测中主要采用了实验室手工监测为主自动化监测为辅的监测方法,其中水质实验室监测实时性较差、人力消耗较大、自动化程度较低;水质自动监测方面在我国开始研究的时间相对较晚,这些技术还处于刚起步阶段,与欧洲、北美等发达地区还有着较大的差距。当前我国水质自动监测工作主要面临着水质监测点地理位置分散,高级水质监测设备主要靠进口、成本相对较高,国产有线水质监测设备安装维护困难、信息传输速率低等问题。本文针对以上问题,本文从水质远程智能化监测系统结构设计入手,结合物联网技术、嵌入式系统技术、CDMA2000-EVDO通信技术与传感器融合技术,设计了一种远程实时的智能化水质监测系统。本文所做主要工作如下:1.分析了国内外地区水质监测方面的发展现状,结合实际需求对水质远程监测系统的整体结构进行了研究,给出了一种基于CDMA2000的水质远程智能化监测系统设计方案。2.完成了水质远程监测系统样机的硬件设计与制作,并且为了便于调试针对STM32微处理器、MC509 CDMA2000数据终端及SD卡部分绘制了PCB、制作了单独的模块。3.完成了水质远程监测系统下位机嵌入式程序的设计与编写,在STM32微处理器上实现了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式系统与FatFs文件系统模块的移植,实现了稳定、高速地采集水质传感器数据的功能,并设计了MC509数据终端在STM32微处理器下的网络通信驱动程序,使系统能够通过3G移动通信网络向YeeLink物联网云服务平台发送数据。4.完成了水质远程监测系统的上位机软件的设计与编写,实现了水质数据的实时获取、动态图形界面显示与超标报警功能。5.针对pH传感器的特点,研究了传感器数据修正方法,给出了一种采用曲面拟合的温度补偿方法,减小了温度对pH值测量精度的影响。上述工作的完成,很好的解决了运用物联网与3G技术来对水质进行实时在线监测的技术难题,达到了本系统的设计目的。通过对实验结果的分析,本系统监测到的水质信息实时性好、自动化程度高,对于水质监测监测有着重要的实际参考价值,同时对于其他环境监测也具有重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The monitoring of water environment quality is an important part of environmental protection work in China. The implementation of water environment quality monitoring can grasp the water quality situation of monitoring areas in time and ensure the safety of water resources.At present, the monitoring method of laboratory manual monitoring is mainly used in water environment monitoring in China, in which the real-time performance of water quality laboratory monitoring is poor, the manpower consumption is large, and the degree of automation is low.The research on automatic monitoring of water quality is relatively late in China. These technologies are still in their infancy and still have a big gap with developed regions such as Europe and North America.At present, the automatic water quality monitoring work in China is mainly faced with the geographical dispersion of water quality monitoring points, the import of advanced water quality monitoring equipment, the relatively high cost, and the difficulty of installation and maintenance of domestic wired water quality monitoring equipment.Information transmission rate is low and so on.In view of the above problems, this paper starts with the structure design of water quality remote intelligent monitoring system, combining with the technology of Internet of things, embedded system technology, CDMA2000-EVDO communication technology and sensor fusion technology,A remote and real-time intelligent water quality monitoring system is designed.The main work of this paper is as follows: 1.The development status of water quality monitoring in domestic and foreign areas is analyzed. The overall structure of water quality remote monitoring system is studied in combination with actual demand. A design scheme of remote intelligent water quality monitoring system based on CDMA2000 is presented.The hardware design and manufacture of the water quality remote monitoring system prototype are completed. In order to debug the STM32 microprocessor MC509 CDMA2000 data terminal and SD card, a separate module .3is made.The embedded program of the water quality remote monitoring system is designed and written.
