采暖城市节能减排技术与措施研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的加快和国民经济的增长,人类的生活水平在不断提高,同时也面临着能源短缺和环境污染的双重压力,节能减排成为保障能源需求、改善环境污染、实现社会可持续发展的重要措施,是遵循可持续发展,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的内在需求,节能减排工作刻不容缓。采暖城市包括严寒和寒冷地区,主要以煤为燃料,能源消耗大,供热面积大,供热时间长,同时工业活动、交通运输以及公民环保意识较弱都是造成能源匮乏和空气污染的主要原因,温室效应和雾霾等问题严重。能源资源和环境问题越来越严重,世界各国已经引起高度重视,因此,采暖城市实施节能减排工作,就需要全社会的共同努力,这是世界的需要,也是中国发展的需要。节能减排已经作为我国社会长期发展的战略之一,有利于我国节约资源、减少消耗、保护环境,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本论文以可持续发展理论、循环经济理论和清洁生产理论为基础,分析了乌鲁木齐市区域实施供热节能减排技术的成功经验和存在问题,并借鉴国内外节能减排的技术经验以及资源节约和环境保护的经验,为采暖城市节能减排工作提供了决策借鉴,本文提出了适合采暖城市节能减排的技术与措施,不仅能够调整能源结构、促进建筑节能以及改善空气和环境质量,为采暖城市节能减排提供有力的理论指导和技术支持,同时提出了采暖城市节能减排的对策与建议,对推动采暖城市节能减排工作的开展具有较强的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the growth of the national economy, the living standards of human beings are constantly improving, and at the same time facing the double pressure of energy shortage and environmental pollution, energy saving and emission reduction have become the protection of energy demand and the improvement of environmental pollution. The important measure to realize the sustainable development of society is to follow the sustainable development, to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, so it is urgent to save energy and reduce emissions. Heating cities include cold and cold areas, mainly coal as fuel, large energy consumption, large heating area, long heating time, and industrial activities. Transportation and weak environmental awareness are the main causes of energy shortage and air pollution. Greenhouse Effect and haze are serious problems. The problems of energy resources and environment are becoming more and more serious and countries all over the world have paid great attention to it. Therefore, the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction in heating cities requires the joint efforts of the whole society, which is the need of the world as well as the development of China. Energy saving and emission reduction has become one of the strategies for the long-term development of our society, which is beneficial to save resources, reduce consumption and protect the environment, which has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the theory of sustainable development, circular economy and cleaner production, this paper analyzes the successful experience and existing problems of energy saving and emission reduction technology in Urumqi. And draw lessons from the technical experience of energy saving and emission reduction at home and abroad as well as the experience of resource saving and environmental protection, and provide the decision-making reference for the energy saving and emission reduction work of heating cities. This paper puts forward the technology and measures suitable for the energy saving and emission reduction of heating cities. It can not only adjust energy structure, promote building energy saving and improve air and environmental quality, but also provide powerful theoretical guidance and technical support for energy saving and emission reduction in heating cities. At the same time, the countermeasures and suggestions for energy saving and emission reduction in heating cities are put forward. It has strong guiding significance for promoting energy saving and emission reduction in heating cities.
