赤壁市城东污水处理厂工艺设计研究

【摘要】:赤壁市位于陆水河两岸,美丽陆水湖的北侧。赤壁市的发展离不开陆水河和陆水湖。而陆水湖是国家级重点旅游风景名胜区,水域面积58平方公里,蓄水量7.5亿立方米,因此保护好它们,是赤壁市政府的责任,也是赤壁人民的愿望。赤壁市城东污水处理厂的建设将消减因为赤壁市社会经济发展所带来的污染物,大大改善陆水河和其他相关水体的水环境,对保持和维护其生态功能具有重要意义。本文以赤壁市城东污水处理厂工程为例展开研究,研究内容包括污水处理厂水量水质的分析与确定、工艺方案选择与分析及设计参数优化等。根据赤壁市河东新区及光谷产业园的发展规划,采用城市单位人口综合用水量指标法、分项用水量定额法、分项用地指标法单三种方法对该区域内给水量进行了合理化预测,确定赤壁城东污水处理厂一期设计规模为3万m3/d。参考类似的城市污水水质指标并结合企业水质的调查情况和实测情况,确定设计进水水质为COD=300mg/L,BOD5=150mg/L,SS=180mg/L,TN=30mg/L,NH3-N=25mg/L,TP=3mg/L。出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准,出水排入赤马港。结合赤壁市城东污水处理厂的实际情况及设计要求,经过方案对比,污水处理工艺采用以改良A2/O+高密度沉淀池为主体的工艺。该工艺充分考虑赤壁市城东污水处理厂以生活污水为主的特点,具有很好的针对性。污泥处理采用“污泥浓缩+化学调理+高压隔膜压滤机”工艺,确保污泥含水率不高于60%,为污泥深度脱水提供了有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Chibi City is located on both sides of the Lushui River, the north side of the beautiful water lake. The development of Chibi City can not be separated from land rivers and lakes. The Lushui Lake is a national key tourist scenic spot with an area of 58 square kilometers and a storage capacity of 750 million cubic meters. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Chibi Municipal Government and the wish of the people of Chibi to protect them well. The construction of Chengdong sewage treatment Plant in Chibi City will reduce the pollutants brought by the social and economic development of Chibi City and greatly improve the water environment of land rivers and other related water bodies. It is of great significance to maintain and maintain its ecological function. This paper takes Chengdong sewage treatment plant in Chibi as an example to study, including the analysis and determination of water and quality of sewage treatment plant, the selection and analysis of process scheme and the optimization of design parameters, etc. According to the development plan of Hedong New District and Guanggu Industrial Park in Chibi City, the comprehensive water consumption index method, itemized water consumption quota method and itemized land use index method are adopted to rationally forecast the water supply in this area. It is determined that the first phase design scale of Chbi Chengdong sewage treatment Plant is 30,000 m3 / d. Referring to similar indexes of municipal wastewater quality and combining with the investigation and actual measurement of water quality in enterprises, it is determined that the designed influent water quality is 300 mg / L BOD5 / 150 mg / L SSN = 180 mg / L TNN 30 mg / L NH _ 3-N = 25 mg / L / TP3 mg 路L ~ (-1). The effluent quality is up to the first class A standard of the pollutant discharge standard of the Municipal sewage treatment Plant GB18918-2002, and the effluent is discharged into the Chema Port. Combined with the actual situation and design requirements of Chengdong sewage treatment Plant in Chibi City, through the comparison of schemes, the process of sewage treatment adopted the improved A _ 2 / O high-density sedimentation tank as the main process. This process fully takes into account the characteristics of Chengdong sewage treatment Plant in Chibi City, which is based on domestic sewage and has good pertinence. The sludge treatment adopts the process of "sludge concentration chemical conditioning high pressure membrane filter press" to ensure that the sludge moisture content is not higher than 60%, which provides a useful reference for the deep dewatering of sludge.
