马克思主义生态观视野下的阿拉善盟生态文明建设研究

【摘要】：马克思主义生态观,是马克思主义基本理论的重要组成部分,是指导当代科学技术高度发展,工业化、城市化迅猛推进等现代化进程中人类实现可持续生存、发展的重要理论武器、行动指南。阿拉善盟做为北疆生态屏障的重要组成部分,其生态文明建设面临极大挑战。本研究以马克思主义生态观为指导,以阿拉善盟生态文明建设的调查研究为基础,对其中存在的主要问题,以及造成问题的主要原因,进行了较为系统的梳理和分析,并在此基础上,初步提出了有针对性的对策和建议。本研究共包括四个部分的内容：第一部分为绪论部分。主要包括三个方面的内容：论文的选题背景、意义；文献综述；本研究的视角、方法和创新之处。第二部分阐释了马克思恩格斯生态思想,并在此基础上,结合新中国成立后历代领导人对于人与自然关系的探索,以及在实践中提出的有关解决生态环境问题的理论思想,阐述马克思主义生态观中国化的进程和其中的生态意蕴,主要包括两个方面内容：一是马克思恩格斯的生态观；二是中国化的马克思主义生态观。第三部分介绍了阿拉善盟的盟情及其生态文明建设概况。这一部分包括两个方面的内容：首先,从自然地理和社会经济两个方面对其盟情进行整体介绍。其次,对阿拉善地区生态文明建设取得的成效和存在的问题给予了概括性的介绍,认为,阿拉善盟在生态文明建设方面取得了较好的成绩,但也存在一定的问题。这些问题包括：生态文明建设体系有待完善、生态环境脆弱,形势不容乐观。第四部分阐述了以马克思主义生态观指导阿拉善地区生态文明建设、以及对该地区生态文明建设的对策与建议。认为：马克思主义生态观对阿拉善地区生态文明建设具有重要指导意义。阿拉善盟应以马克思主义生态观理论为指导,运用科学的发展理念,完善制度建设,采取有效行动,以推动该地区生态文明建设。本研究对阿拉善地区生态文明建设具有一定的理论与现实意义,同时,对其他类似地区的生态文明建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Marxist ecological view is an important part of the basic theory of Marxism. It is a guide to the high development of modern science and technology, industrialization, urbanization and other modernization process to achieve sustainable survival. An important theoretical weapon for development, a guide to action. Alashan League, as an important part of ecological barrier in northern Xinjiang, faces great challenges in the construction of ecological civilization. Guided by Marxist ecological view and based on the investigation and research on the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan League, this study systematically combs and analyzes the main problems and the main causes of the problems. On the basis of this, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This research includes four parts: the first part is the introduction. It mainly includes three aspects: background, significance, literature review, perspective, method and innovation of this research. The second part explains Marx and Engels' ecological thought, and on this basis, combined with the exploration of the relationship between man and nature by successive leaders after the founding of New China, as well as the theory thought about solving the ecological environment problem put forward in practice. This paper expounds the process and ecological implication of the Sinicization of Marxist ecological view, which mainly includes two aspects: one is Marx and Engels' ecological view; the other is the Sinicized Marxist ecological view. The third part introduces the alliance of Alashan League and the general situation of ecological civilization construction. This part includes two aspects: first, from the natural geography and socio-economic two aspects of the overall introduction of its alliance. Secondly, the paper gives a general introduction to the achievements and problems in the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan region, and holds that Alashan League has made good achievements in the construction of ecological civilization, but there are still some problems. These problems include: ecological civilization construction system to be improved, ecological environment fragile, the situation is not optimistic. The fourth part expounds the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan area under the guidance of Marxist ecological view, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of ecological civilization in this area. It is believed that Marxist ecological view has important guiding significance for the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan region. Under the guidance of Marxist ecological view theory, Alashan League should use scientific development idea, perfect system construction and take effective action to promote the construction of ecological civilization in this area. This study has certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization in Alashan area, and also has certain reference significance for the construction of ecological civilization in other similar areas.
