基于MIE理论的室内便携式颗粒物检测仪设计

【摘要】:针对传统监测设备难以安装维护、响应速度慢的问题,设计一种基于光散射理论的室内便携式颗粒物检测仪。首先分析推导光散射法检测颗粒物浓度的原理,并设计蓝牙传输模块的硬件电路,然后通过指令将蓝牙传输模块端口和手机终端进行配对,最后在手机终端对收到的数据进行实时解析及显示。结果表明,该检测仪的测量数据经格拉布斯准则处理后,与DUSTTARKⅡ8530(TSI)测试仪器的数据相比误差不大于6%,且无需现场布线、智能便携,易连接组网通信,适用于室内颗粒物监测等方面应用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional monitoring equipment is difficult to install and maintain and the response speed is slow, a portable indoor particle detector based on light scattering theory is designed. Firstly, the principle of detecting particle concentration by light scattering method is analyzed, and the hardware circuit of Bluetooth transmission module is designed. Then the port of Bluetooth transmission module and the terminal of mobile phone are paired by instruction. Finally, the data received in the mobile terminal real-time analysis and display. The results show that the measurement data of this instrument are processed by Grubbs criterion, and the error is less than 6 when compared with the data of DUSTTARK 鈪,
