壳核结构的环肽纳米管的合成及气体吸附性能的研究

【摘要】:本论文首先以4-溴邻苯二胺和叔丁氧羰基(Boc)-保护的L-和D-型苯丙氨酸为原料,采用传统的液相合成法制成线型多肽,然后将线型多肽与邻苯二甲酰氯为原料合成环状多肽;将纯化的环肽结构单元进行环肽纳米管的自组装,利用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等方法对其表征。以3,5-二溴苯乙酮为原料通过三聚反应、功能团保护和脱保护的反应方法完成含多功能团具有π-共轭结构的中心核分子的合成。研究结果表明:采用液相合成法成功地合成两个具有不同旋光性的环六肽和一种环八肽结构单元。BET的结果表明L型的环六肽的比表面积大于D型的环六肽。对纯化后的环肽结构单元在三氟乙酸(TFA)和去离子水两相条件下进行自组装研究,发现L-型的环六肽比D-型的自组装速度要快,环8肽的自组装速率介于两者之间;聚集的环六肽纳米管环肽8-D的自组装材料是平均直径为0.90μm的网状物;环肽8-D的自组装材料是平均直径为0.78μm的网状物,其中含有空心管柱状结构。3,5-二溴苯乙酮为原料通过三聚反应是以四氯化硅为催化剂、无水乙醇为溶液室温下反应的,得到1,3,5-三(3,5-二溴苯基)苯。采用Pd/Cu催化体系的Sonogashira偶联反应和甲醇/四氢呋喃/氢氧化钾的脱保护体系得到含多功能团具有π-共轭结构的中心核分子。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 4- bromo o-phenyl-o-phenyl-two amine and tert oxo carbonyl (Boc) - protected L- and D- phenylalanine were used as raw materials to form linear polypeptides by traditional liquid phase synthesis method. Then the linear polypeptide and phthalic two Methoyl chloride were used as raw materials to synthesize cyclic peptides. The purified cyclic peptide structure unit was used for self-assembly of cyclic peptide nanotubes, and Fu Li was used. FT-IR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and other methods were used to characterize them. The synthesis of central nucleation molecules with pion conjugated structures with multi-functional groups was completed by the trimeric reaction of 3,5- two bromoacetophenone as raw material, functional regiment protection and deprotection. The results showed that two cyclic six peptide and one ring eight peptide structure unit.BET with different optical rotation were synthesized by liquid phase synthesis. The results showed that the specific surface area of L type ring six peptide was greater than that of D type ring six peptide. The self-assembly of the purified cyclic peptide structure unit under the condition of three FLUOROACETIC acid (TFA) and deionization subwater was studied, and L was found. The self assembly rate of the type six peptide is faster than that of the D- type, and the self assembly rate of the ring 8 peptide is between the two. The aggregated ring six peptide 8-D's self assembled material is a network with an average diameter of 0.90 u m; the self assembled material of the cyclic peptide 8-D is a network with an average diameter of 0.78 mu m, which contains the hollow tube columnar structure of.3,5- dibromine. 1,3,5- three (3,5- dibromophenyl) benzene was obtained by the tripolymerization of four silicon chloride as the catalyst and ethanol as the reaction at room temperature. The Sonogashira coupling reaction and the deprotector of methanol / tetrahydrofuran / potassium hydroxide in the Pd/Cu catalytic system were used to obtain the pion conjugated structure containing the multi-functional group.
