碳纤维填料处理单元处理低污染水脱氮特性研究

【摘要】:近年来随着社会经济的飞速发展和人口的迅速增长,大量经过处理的生活污水、工业废水以及农业污水等低污染水进入地表水体,导致地表水体富营养化,影响水体功能与自然生态环境。碳纤维作为一种新型的环境材料,在水处理领域逐渐受到重视。本论文针对目前我国低污染水现状,对碳纤维材料在水处理中的应用进行研究,主要研究了新型碳纤维材料为填料的人工湿地处理单元对人工模拟低污染水和污水厂尾水的净化效果,研究了温度、pH、水力停留时间、填料投放量四个因素对污染物去除效果的影响,并研究了污水处理过程中碳纤维填料生物膜的形成过程,此外对碳纤维等四种材料的特性进行了初步的分析比较。主要结论如下:(1)对比研究了碳纤维、生物绳、超细纤维立体人工水草及立体弹性填料四种填料的挂膜情况及污染物的去除特性。实验结果表明,碳纤维填料挂膜速度最快、生物相最丰富,对水中污染物的去除效果最好,总氮去除率达到56.2%、氨氮去除率达到92.1%、CODMn去除率达到98.8%。(2)通过实验室模拟研究碳纤维为填料的人工湿地对低污染水的脱氮效果。考察了温度、水力停留时间、pH和填料投放量对水质净化效果的影响,结果表明,当温度为25~30℃、进水pH为7.5~8.0、水力停留时间为8h、碳纤维投放量为500g/m3时,此时人工湿地处理单元对模拟污水的总氮、氨氮、CODMn的去除效果最好,去除率分别达到了54%、84%、90%,处理效果稳定。(3)研究了最优参数下水质净化效果及对污水厂尾水的实际处理效果。处理低污染水原水时,发现C/N(COD/TN)对低污染水处理效果有一定的影响,当低污染水中营养物C/N由0.7~1提高到5后,污染物的去除效果增加,总氮、氨氮和CODMn去除率分别由原来的19%、24%、39%增加到50%、76%、83%。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid growth of population, a large number of treated domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and agricultural sewage and other low-pollution water into the surface water body, resulting in eutrophication of surface water. Affect water function and natural ecological environment. As a new environmental material, carbon fiber has been paid more and more attention in the field of water treatment. According to the current situation of low pollution water in China, the application of carbon fiber material in water treatment is studied in this paper. This paper mainly studied the purification effect of artificial wetland treatment unit with new carbon fiber material as filler to artificially simulate low pollution water and waste water of sewage treatment plant, studied temperature and pH value, hydraulic retention time, The effects of four factors on the removal efficiency of pollutants were studied. The formation process of carbon fiber filler biofilm in wastewater treatment process was studied. In addition, the characteristics of four kinds of materials, such as carbon fiber, were preliminarily analyzed and compared. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the film suspension and pollutant removal characteristics of carbon fiber, biological rope, ultrafine fiber stereoscopic artificial water grass and stereoscopic elastic packing were studied. The experimental results show that carbon fiber packing is the fastest and the most abundant in biologic phase, and the removal efficiency of pollutants in water is the best. The removal rate of total nitrogen and ammonia reached 56.2 and 92.1% respectively. The denitrification effect of carbon fiber filled constructed wetland on low pollution water was studied by laboratory simulation.
