基于KOMET技术的高职环保类专业学生职业能力测评模型分析

【摘要】：根据高职环保类专业学生将从事的就业领域特征,基于KOMET测评技术对学生进行职业能力测评是最科学的选择,不仅有效弥补了官方测评方式的不足,而且为高职环保类专业建设和课程教学改革提供了有价值的参考数据。文章从能力结构模型、能力级别、能力指标等方面构建了高职环保类专业学生职业能力测评模型。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of the employment field that the environmental protection majors in higher vocational colleges will engage in, it is the most scientific choice to evaluate the students' professional ability based on the KOMET evaluation technology, which not only effectively makes up for the insufficiency of the official evaluation methods. It also provides valuable reference data for environmental protection specialty construction and curriculum teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the evaluation model of vocational ability of environmental protection major students in higher vocational colleges is established from the aspects of ability structure model, ability level, ability index and so on.
