基于Serial Server的污水厂远程监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着全世界水资源的日益枯竭,以及环境污染的日益加剧,污水处理工作越来越得到国家的关注和重视。然而我国的污水处理事业还存在许多问题,许多老旧的污水处理厂的处理效果已经远远达不到新环保要求,同时自动化水平低、人机交互界面不友好、在线监测设施不完善,因此实现污水处理厂的远程监控系统会是将来的研究重点。本文讨论了目前比较流行的污水处理工艺和污水处理远程监控系统的发展现状,依托实际工程项目,以某城市的市污水处理厂为工程背景,针对该污水厂的工艺特点,结合该厂的实际情况和环保要求,设计了基于serial server的污水厂远程监控系统。本文依次从自动控制系统、上位监控系统、在线监测系统三个方面介绍了系统的设计原则、设计要求和设计方案,以及系统的实现过程。构建了全厂的自控网络,完善了全厂的PLC控制程序,开发了人性化的交互界面,采用串口服务器转发在线监测数据,利用Visual C#.NET开发了在线监测数据采集的通信服务器程序,使用数据库存储过程数据,具备历史趋势曲线、报表和故障报警的功能,实现了污水厂生产过程的设备远程控制和数据监控。经过系统调试,该系统已经投入运行,实践表明:该系统运行稳定可靠,不仅提高了操作人员的工作效率,而且出水水质达到了国家排放标准。
[Abstract]:With the depletion of water resources and environmental pollution in the world, sewage treatment has been paid more and more attention. However, there are still many problems in sewage treatment in our country. The treatment effect of many old sewage treatment plants is far from the new environmental protection requirements. At the same time, the level of automation is low, the man-machine interface is not friendly, and the on-line monitoring facilities are not perfect. Therefore, the realization of remote monitoring system of sewage treatment plant will be the focus of future research. This paper discusses the development status of the popular sewage treatment process and remote monitoring system for sewage treatment. Based on the actual project and taking the municipal sewage treatment plant in a city as the engineering background, this paper aims at the technological characteristics of the sewage treatment plant. The remote monitoring system of sewage treatment plant based on serial server is designed according to the actual situation of the plant and the requirement of environmental protection. This paper introduces the design principles, design requirements and design schemes of the system from three aspects: automatic control system, upper monitoring system and on-line monitoring system, as well as the realization process of the system. The automatic control network of the whole plant is constructed, the PLC control program of the whole plant is perfected, the humanized interactive interface is developed, the on-line monitoring data is transmitted by serial port server, and the communication server program of on-line monitoring data acquisition is developed by Visual C#.NET. With the functions of historical trend curve, report form and fault alarm, the remote control and data monitoring of sewage plant production process are realized by using database stored procedure data. After debugging, the system has been put into operation. The practice shows that the system is stable and reliable, which not only improves the working efficiency of the operators, but also meets the national discharge standard.
