东北三省经济一体化与生态环境的耦合协调度研究

【摘要】：在经济一体化和生态环境可持续发展日益成为当下热点问题的背景下,如何协调二者关系反映一个国家或地区能否实现可持续发展。研究基于两系统17个指标构成的评价指标体系,通过熵值法和耦合协调度模型,分析了2003—2014年东北三省经济一体化系统与生态环境系统时序变化状态。结果显示,近10年来东北三省经济一体化水平呈不断上升的趋势,生态环境水平呈现"上升—下降—上升—下降"的循环波动趋势,而二者的耦合协调度逐渐稳步提高;从空间角度对东北三省36个城市2014年的经济一体化系统与生态环境系统以及二者的耦合协调度进行分析,结果表明,地区耦合协调状态分布不平衡,空间分布呈现集聚分布模式。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic integration and sustainable development of ecological environment, how to coordinate the relationship between them reflects whether a country or a region can achieve sustainable development. This paper studies the evaluation index system based on 17 indexes of the two systems. By means of entropy method and coupling coordination degree model, the time-series changes of economic integration system and ecological environment system in three provinces of Northeast China from 2003 to 2014 are analyzed. The results show that the level of economic integration in the three provinces of Northeast China has been increasing in the past 10 years, and the ecological environment level shows the trend of "ascending-down-rise-descending" cycle fluctuation, and the degree of coupling and coordination between the two has gradually and steadily increased. From the view of space, the paper analyzes the economic integration system and ecological environment system of 36 cities in Northeast China in 2014 and their coupling and coordination degree. The results show that the distribution of regional coupling coordination state is unbalanced. Spatial distribution presents the pattern of agglomeration distribution.
