基于硫酸根自由基的高级氧化法深度处理印染和焦化废水初步研究

【摘要】:基于硫酸根自由基的高级氧化法是目前环境领域颇具应用前景的污水处理技术方法。本论文首先以酸性品红和碱性品红模拟废水为研究对象,分别采用热活化过硫酸钠和Fe2+活化过硫酸钠生成硫酸根自由基的活化方法,探讨不同影响因素对模拟废水氧化降解效果的影响;在此基础上,再以实际印染废水和焦化废水为对象,利用上述两种活化方法开展废水的深度处理实验研究,并对传统正交试验和响应面优化方法获得的最优方案进行分析、比较。本论文的主要研究结果如下:(1)对酸性品红模拟废水的实验研究结果发现,当T70℃时,酸性品红基本完全脱色且降解;常温下Fe2+/Na2S208活化体系中,在Fe2+/Na2S208摩尔比一定的条件下,也有一定程度脱色,但处理效果没有热活化显著。酸性品红在60~80℃的范围内,一级动力学常数k分别为0.02251、0.075904及0.142008 min-1:,T=80℃时, Na2S208浓度范围为2.5.-10mmol/L时,一级动力学常数k分别为0.025762.0.077865.0.141718及0.219304 min-1.(2)对碱性品红模拟废水的实验研究结果发现,当T60℃时,碱性品红基本完全脱色被降解;Fe2+/Na2S208的活化体系中的降解效果与酸性品红类似,没有热活化Na2S2O8效果显著。碱性品红在50~60℃时,一级动力学常数k分别为0.01155、0.019576、0.0462及0.178149min-1;T=80℃时,Na2S2O8浓度范围为2.5~10 mmol/L时,一级动力学常数k分别为0.077865、0.178149、0.213231及0.241463 min-1。(3)热活化体系处理印染废水,T=80℃、pH=3、Na2S208浓度为10mmol/L时降解效果最好,为79.7%;通过正交实验与响应面优化比较,传统正交实验的优化方案为T=80℃.pH=5.Na2S208浓度为10mmol/L.过渡金属活化体系中,pH=3、Fe2+/Na2S208摩尔比为0.3/2时降解效果最佳,为37.6%;传统正交实验的优化方案为pH=3.Fe2+/Na2S208摩尔比为0.3/3时效果最佳。响应面分析法所得到的优化方案与正交实验的优化方案类似。(4)热活化体系处理焦化废水,T=80℃.pH=3.Na2S208浓度为25 mmol/L时降解效果最好,为90%;正交实验的优化方案为T=80℃.pH=3.Na2S208浓度为20 mmol/L时最优。过渡金属活化体系中,pH=3、Fe2+/Na2S208摩尔比为0.2/2时降解效果为56.8%;优化方案为pH=3、Fe2+/Na2S208摩尔比为0.1/4时降解效果最优。响应面图分析固定Na2S2O8投加量时,pH为酸性条件下,温度越高,COD的去除率最好;pH处于中性偏酸性时,硫酸亚铁的投加量较大时,COD的去除率较好。
[Abstract]:Advanced oxidation based on sulfate radical is a promising method for wastewater treatment in the field of environment. In this paper, acid fuchsin and alkaline fuchsin simulated wastewater were first studied. The methods of activating sodium persulfate and Fe2 activated sodium persulfate to form sulfate radical were used respectively. The effects of different factors on the oxidation and degradation of simulated wastewater are discussed. Based on this, the experimental study on advanced treatment of wastewater is carried out using the two activation methods mentioned above, taking the actual printing and dyeing wastewater and coking wastewater as the objects. The optimal scheme obtained by traditional orthogonal test and response surface optimization method is analyzed and compared. The main results of this paper are as follows: (1) the experimental study on acidic fuchsin wastewater shows that the acid fuchsin is decolorized and degraded basically at T 70 鈩,
