CIBR处理模拟生活污水的效果及菌群分析

【摘要】:实验采用连续流一体化生物反应器(CIBR)处理模拟生活污水。考察CIBR对污水的处理效果,并采用高通量测序分析取自污水处理厂的接种污泥与驯化完后CIBR中活性污泥的菌群组成结构。结果表明,CIBR能高效处理模拟生活污水,COD、NH_4~+-N、TN和TP的去除率分别达到90.9%、94.9%、83.1%和71.2%;在门级菌群中,接种污泥和CIBR活性污泥中的优势菌种均为Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes,但在属水平上,两个生物系统中好氧菌、兼性菌、反硝化菌、氨氧化菌、亚硝氮氧化菌和聚磷菌在种类和相对丰度上存在明显差异,这可能与运行工况和进水水质不同有关。
[Abstract]:A continuous flow integrated bioreactor (CIBR) was used to treat simulated domestic sewage. The effect of CIBR on the treatment of wastewater was investigated, and the microbial composition of activated sludge from the inoculated sludge from sewage treatment plant and the domesticated CIBR was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that CIBR could efficiently treat simulated domestic sewage with COD _ 4 ~ -NN _ (TN) and TP removal rates of 90.9% and 71.2%, respectively, the dominant bacteria in inoculation sludge and CIBR activated sludge were Proteobacteria and Bacteroides, but at the same level, the aerobic bacteria were aerobic bacteria in the two biological systems. The species and relative abundance of facultative bacteria denitrifying bacteria ammonia oxidizing bacteria nitrite oxidizing bacteria and phosphorus accumulating bacteria are obviously different which may be related to different operating conditions and influent water quality.
