苯甲酸生产废水甲苯萃余相的生物滤床净化处理研究

【摘要】:针对苯甲酸生产过程中产生的高含量有机废水经甲苯萃取后,废水中仍然有质量浓度60~100 mg/L的苯甲酸和苯甲醇的情况,将此废水与生活污水合并调节,在生物滤床中连续进行生化处理,考察不同苯甲酸废水与生活污水体积比对出水水质的影响。结果表明,随着体积比的增加,BOD_5/COD生化指标稍有下降,当体积比小于3:2时,各项出水指标均达到较好水平,出水中苯甲酸和苯甲醇的质量浓度均小于1.5 mg/L,COD和BOD5分别为16.8 mg/L和13.0 mg/L,满足GB 18918-2002一级排放标准;NH4~+-N的处理效果(出水质量浓度小于30.0 mg/L)能达到二级排放标准。低苯甲酸含量废水通过一级厌氧和二级好氧生物滤床能得到很好的去除效果。
[Abstract]:The high content organic wastewater produced during the production of benzoic acid was extracted by toluene, and the concentration of benzoic acid and benzyl alcohol in the wastewater was still 60 ~ 100 mg/L, so the wastewater was combined with domestic wastewater. The effect of the volume ratio of benzoic acid wastewater to domestic wastewater on the effluent quality was investigated. The results showed that the biochemical index of COD decreased slightly with the increase of volume ratio. When the volume ratio was less than 3:2, all the effluent indexes reached a better level. The mass concentrations of benzoic acid and benzyl alcohol in effluent are less than 1.5 mg / L and BOD5 are 16.8mg / L and 13.0 mg / L, respectively. The treatment effect of NH _ 4 ~ -N (effluent mass concentration < 30.0 mg / L) can reach the second-order discharge standard when the effluent quality concentration is less than 30.0 mg / L, which meets the first class discharge standard of GB 18918-2002. The wastewater with low benzoic acid content can be removed well by first-stage anaerobic and second-stage aerobic biofilter.
