【摘要】:地下水是水资源的重要组成部分,地下水中有机氯农药(OCPs)的测定十分必要。通过优化衬管、进样口温度、载气流速、升温程序和检测器温度等条件,建立了一种液液萃取—气相色谱法同时测定地下水中16种OCPs的方法。结果表明,16种OCPs可以在27min内完全分离,在1~60μg/L线性关系良好(R20.995 0),检出限低至0.6~1.5ng/L,回收率达到80.1%~109.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~11.2%,能够满足实际地下水水样的测定。其中最佳色谱条件为选用4mm内径中空超高惰性不分流衬管;进样口温度250℃;载气流速0.65mL/min;升温程序:从120℃开始以10℃/min升至220℃,保持16min,继续以10℃/min升至250℃,保持2min;检测器温度320℃。
[Abstract]:Groundwater is an important part of water resources. It is necessary to determine the organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in groundwater. A method for simultaneous determination of 16 OCPs in groundwater by liquid-liquid extraction and gas chromatography was established by optimizing the conditions of liner tube, sample inlet temperature, carrier airflow velocity, temperature program and detector temperature. The results show that 16 kinds of OCPs can be completely separated in 27min.
