施用羟基磷灰石对镉污染土壤西瓜品质和镉积累的影响

【摘要】:以黄小玉、金鑫、黑马王子3个西瓜品种为试材,研究不同量的羟基磷灰石(HAP)对重金属镉中度污染土壤西瓜镉积累、分布规律和果实品质的影响,旨在验明西瓜在镉中度超标土壤生产时的安全性。结果表明:添加15 kg·(667 m~2)~-1 HAP可以显著降低土壤中有效镉含量和西瓜不同部位镉的积累量;施用HAP对西瓜果实品质影响较小;西瓜植株中镉的分布规律为茎叶根系果实;不同西瓜品种对镉的吸收积累存在差异;适宜的西瓜品种在中度镉超标土壤仍能够生产出符合国家食品安全标准的西瓜。
[Abstract]:The effects of different amounts of hydroxyapatite (HAP) on cadmium accumulation, distribution and fruit quality of watermelon in heavy metal medium polluted soil were studied with three watermelon varieties of Huangxiaoyu, Jin Xin and Prince of Black Horse as experimental materials. The purpose of this study was to verify the safety of watermelon in medium cadmium excess soil production. The results showed that the content of available cadmium in soil and the accumulation of cadmium in different parts of watermelon could be significantly decreased by adding 15kg of Con 667 mG2P-1 HAP, the effect of HAP on fruit quality of watermelon was little, and the distribution of CD in watermelon was stem and leaf root and fruit. The CD uptake and accumulation of different watermelon varieties were different, and the suitable watermelon varieties could still produce watermelons that met the national food safety standards in medium CD excess soil.
