还原-碱溶法回收氢镍电池正极材料及性能

【摘要】:氢镍电池包含大量的镍、钴和稀土等有价金属元素,氢镍电池材料的回收对于降低生产成本、减少环境污染具有重要意义。用还原-碱溶法处理废旧电池正极,可以在实现钴的分离的同时得到Ni(OH)_2正极材料。采用还原-碱溶法,研究了在不同碱浓度下回收的Ni(OH)_2正极材料的电化学性质。结果表明,低浓度碱溶液时,回收正极材料的初始放电比容量为97.5 m Ah/g,第5次循环后比容量为199.1 m Ah/g,80次循环后比容量为263.3 m Ah/g;但在高浓度碱溶液时,伴随着钴的溶出,回收材料的电化学性能下降。
[Abstract]:Nickel hydride batteries contain a large number of valuable metal elements such as nickel cobalt and rare earths. The recovery of nickel hydrogen batteries is of great significance in reducing the production cost and environmental pollution. The cathode material of Ni(OH)_2 can be obtained by treating the cathode of waste battery by reduction-alkali solution method while the separation of cobalt can be realized at the same time. The electrochemical properties of Ni(OH)_2 cathode materials recovered at different alkali concentrations were studied by reduction-alkali dissolution method. The results show that the initial discharge specific capacity of the recovered cathode material is 97.5 m / g when alkali solution is low, the specific capacity is 199.1 m / g after the fifth cycle, the specific capacity is 263.3 m / g after 80 cycles, but in the high concentration alkali solution, cobalt dissolves. The electrochemical properties of the recovered materials decreased.
