喷施脱落酸对镉富集植物繁缕生长及其镉积累的影响

【摘要】:盆栽试验研究了镉胁迫条件下喷施脱落酸(ABA)对富集植物繁缕(Stellaria media)生长及镉积累的影响。结果表明,喷施ABA提高了繁缕生物量及光合色素含量。随ABA喷施浓度的增加,繁缕的生物量及光合色素含量呈增加的趋势,但繁缕的镉含量、镉积累量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性、可溶性蛋白含量及可溶性糖含量呈先增后降的趋势,最大值出现在ABA浓度为15 mg L-1,此时,繁缕根系、地上部分及整株镉积累量均达到最大值,分别为94.54、235.93和330.47μg plant-1,较各自对照分别增加了19.07%(P0.05)、49.45%(P0.05)和39.28%(P0.05)。喷施ABA能够促进繁缕的生长,提高繁缕对镉的富集能力,以15 mg L-1的ABA浓度为最佳。
[Abstract]:Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of abscisic acid (Aba) sprayed under cadmium stress on the growth and cadmium accumulation of Stellaria media. The results showed that spraying ABA increased the biomass and photosynthetic pigment content. The biomass and photosynthetic pigment content of Zoysia increased with the increase of spraying concentration of ABA, but the cadmium content, cadmium accumulation, antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased. The maximum amount of CD in root, shoot and whole plant of Zoysia japonica was 94.54235.93 and 330.47 渭 g plant-1 respectively, which was increased by 19.07% P 0.05 (P 0.05) and 39.28% (P 0.05), respectively, compared with the control, when the concentration of ABA was 15 mg 路L ~ (-1), and the accumulation of cadmium in root, shoot and whole plant reached the maximum value, which was 94.54235.93 and 330.47 渭 g plant-1, respectively. Spraying ABA could promote the growth of Zoysia japonica and enhance its ability to enrich cadmium. The best concentration of ABA was 15 mg L-1.
