钢渣非均相类Fenton反应降解亚甲基蓝的研究

【摘要】:使用钢渣作为催化剂,以双氧水为氧化剂,催化降解废水中的亚甲基蓝.实验结果表明,酸性条件在整个反应中起到至关重要的作用,只有在一定的酸度下才会有较好的催化效果;其次,亚甲基蓝的去除率随双氧水浓度的提高先上升后下降;此外,钢渣剂量、钢渣粒径、反应温度等因素主要通过影响Fe的溶出影响亚甲基蓝的去除率.在钢渣(45~58μm)质量浓度为6 g/L,双氧水体积分数为0.000 6,反应温度为30℃,反应时间60 min的酸性条件下,质量浓度为200 mg/L的亚甲基蓝去除率达99.10%.根据反应前后钢渣的红外光谱,亚甲基蓝是被氧化去除而不是被吸附去除.
[Abstract]:Using steel slag as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, methylene blue in wastewater was degraded. The experimental results show that acid conditions play an important role in the whole reaction, and only under a certain acidity can the catalytic effect be better. Secondly, the removal rate of methylene blue increases first and then decreases with the increase of hydrogen peroxide concentration. The removal rate of methylene blue was mainly affected by factors such as slag dosage, slag particle size, reaction temperature and so on.
