挂帘式生物滤池的填料筛选及硝化效率优化

【摘要】:循环水养殖在水产养殖中占有重要地位,水质净化是其核心技术。该文模拟循环水养殖系统,对3种滤布填料(碳纤维、涤纶无纺布、工业滤纸)构成的挂帘式生物滤池进行研究,通过比较3者的氨氮处理效果来筛选最佳滤布填料,并探究最适滤布填料在不同工况条件(流速、温度、初始氨氮浓度)下的最优处理效果。结果表明,碳纤维生物滤池挂膜速度快,生物量多且稳定,对氨氮和亚硝态氮有更好的去除效果;在30℃条件下,初始氨氮为10 mg/L,经过6 h反应,氨氮去除率可达97%;在一定范围内增大流速,会提高其氨氮的去除效率;初始氨氮浓度为15 mg/L时,氨氮平均去除速率达到0.5 mg/(L·h)。以上研究结果为挂帘式生物滤池在循环水养殖水质净化中的应用奠定了实验基础。
[Abstract]:Circulating water culture plays an important role in aquaculture, water purification is its core technology. In this paper, three kinds of filter cloth fillers (carbon fiber, polyester non-woven fabric, industrial filter paper) were studied by simulating the circulating water culture system. The best filter cloth fillers were selected by comparing the ammonia nitrogen treatment effect of three filter cloth fillers. The optimal treatment effect of filter cloth packing under different operating conditions (flow rate, temperature, initial ammonia nitrogen concentration) was investigated. The results show that carbon fiber biofilter has the advantages of fast membrane forming rate, high biomass and stable biomass, better removal of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, and at 30 鈩,
