长春市某大型污水处理厂扩建及提标工程设计

【摘要】:随着国家对污水处理事业投入力度的迅速增加,各种处理规模和工艺形式的污水处理厂在我国各地如雨后春笋般建成并投产。然而污水处理事业的高速发展也存在着一系列问题,有待解决。 长春市市区内现有投入使用的污水处理厂5座,在建污水处理厂5座。但污水处理厂在布局和处理能力上仍不能满足城市日益增长的污水处理需求。大量城市污水未经处理直接排入地表水体,造成长春市各水系污染。与长春市类似,我国许多大中型城市也存在污水处理效率不高,处理标准有待完善,水体污染等情况。 长春市某污水处理厂建成至今已超过10年,出水水质执行早期的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级B标准。该污水处理厂接纳的是伊通河市区段及东新开河流域的城市污水。该污水处理厂接纳的4个汇水区内的污水已经超出其设计负荷,,未接入的城市污水通过溢流管进入伊通河。此外,东新开河及小南明沟两个汇水区的污水也亟待接入该污水处理厂。该污水处理厂的扩建和提标已迫在眉睫。 本文以长春市某污水处理厂的扩建及提标工程设计为研究对象,从资料收集、分析、水质水量预测、工艺方案论证等几个方面进行研究。 本文收集整理该污水处理厂前期设计、建设及运行资料,分析该污水处理厂进水水质的变化以及生产运行中存在的关键问题。在研究整理国内外污水处理技术发展成果以及大型污水处理厂扩建及提标工程成功案例的基础上,从技术等方面论证并选择多模式改良A/A/O的生化工艺以及高密沉淀池+滤布滤池等先进高效的工艺路线,使出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准。 本文工程规模大、建设标准高。本文的研究及工程实施可有效改善东新开河水系及伊通河的水质情况。本文研究也为国内城市大型污水处理厂的提标改造甚至扩建工程提供了一个值得借鉴的案例。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of national investment in sewage treatment, sewage treatment plants of various treatment scale and process form have been built and put into production all over China. However, the rapid development of sewage treatment also has a series of problems to be solved. Changchun City has 5 sewage treatment plants and 5 sewage treatment plants under construction. However, the layout and treatment capacity of sewage treatment plants can not meet the increasing demand of sewage treatment in cities. A large amount of urban sewage is discharged directly into surface water body without treatment, resulting in pollution of various water systems in Changchun. Similar to Changchun, many large and medium-sized cities in China also have some problems, such as low efficiency of sewage treatment, standard to be improved, water pollution and so on. It has been more than 10 years since a sewage treatment plant was built in Changchun. The effluent quality implements the first class B standard of "pollutants discharge Standard of Urban sewage treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002). The sewage treatment plant accepts urban sewage from the Yitong River section and the East Xinkai River Basin. The sewage from the four catchment areas accepted by the sewage treatment plant has exceeded its design load, and the unconnected municipal sewage enters the Yitong River through the overflow pipe. In addition, the Dongxinkai River and Xiaonan Minggou two catchment area sewage is also urgent to access the sewage treatment plant. It is urgent to expand and raise the standard of the sewage treatment plant. In this paper, the expansion of a sewage treatment plant in Changchun and the design of the standard raising project are taken as the research object, from the data collection, analysis, water quality and quantity prediction, process scheme demonstration and so on. This paper collects and arranges the pre-design, construction and operation data of the sewage treatment plant, and analyzes the changes of the influent water quality and the key problems in the production and operation of the sewage treatment plant. On the basis of studying and sorting out the development achievements of domestic and foreign sewage treatment technology and the successful cases of large-scale sewage treatment plant expansion and standard raising project, This paper demonstrates and selects the biochemical process of multi-mode modified A/O and the advanced and efficient process route such as high density sedimentation filter cloth filter, etc., so that the effluent quality can reach the first class A standard of "discharge Standard of pollutants in Urban sewage treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002). This article project scale is big, the construction standard is high. The research and implementation of this paper can effectively improve the water quality of Dongxinkai River and Yitong River. The research in this paper also provides a reference case for the upgrading and rebuilding of the domestic large sewage treatment plant and even the extension project.
