基于模糊数学模型的河道生态基流价值计算

【摘要】：枯水期河道来水量有限、水资源供需矛盾突出,合理的生态基流保障水平有利于促进水资源使用的平衡,而生态基流价值的定量化正是其重要基础。目前关于这方面的研究较少,也缺乏相关计算方法。将水资源价值计算的模糊数学模型应用于河道生态基流价值的计算,并以渭河干流关中段的魏家堡、咸阳、临潼和华县水文站断面为例对该方法进行具体应用。结果表明:4个断面的生态基流价值分别为3.01 CNY/m~3、3.30 CNY/m~3、2.01 CNY/m~3和2.11元/m~3,相对较低,可以作为生态基流价值的下限。
[Abstract]:In the dry water period, the water supply is limited and the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is prominent. The reasonable level of the ecological base flow guarantee is beneficial to the balance of the use of water resources, and the quantification of the value of the ecological base flow is the important basis. At present, the research on this aspect is less and the relative calculation method is lack. The fuzzy mathematical model of the calculation of water resources value is also made. This method is applied to the calculation of the value of river ecological base flow. The method is applied to the method of WeiJiabao, Xianyang, Lintong and Hua county hydrology station in the middle section of Weihe main stream. The results show that the ecological base flow value of the 4 sections is 3.01 CNY/m~3,3.30 CNY/m~3,2.01 CNY/m~ 3 and 2.11 yuan /m~3, which is relatively low and can be used as the ecological base.
