商用车绿色涂装工艺方案设计及其清洁生产评价

【摘要】:随着国民经济的快速发展,我国已经成为名副其实的汽车产销第一大国,汽车产业已成为国民经济支柱型产业之一,但与此同时,我们也必须关注汽车产业给环境带来的影响。商用汽车在国内的使用寿命明显低于乘用车的使用年限,虽然产销量低于乘用车,但其产销周期很短,其对环境的影响不可小视。本文旨在结合商用车生命周期短的特性,对商用车涂装油漆外观品质进行正确定位,并结合近几年新兴的涂装新工艺新技术进行商用车绿色涂装工艺的设计。从产品涂膜质量及清洁生产两个方面考量工艺设计方案的可行性,并在评价过程中进行相关品质评价及清洁生产评价的研究。本文对现有涂装工艺及涂层质量进行梳理,对近几年提出的新技术新工艺,如薄膜(无磷化)前处理技术、中面涂集成工艺等进行了分析、对比总结,明确其各自的特点和使用条件。通过对比国标、企业内乘用车漆膜质量标准和使用年限的关系,摸索出符合目前商用车实际需求的质量标准,避免质量过剩。新技术新工艺联合应用组成两种新型绿色涂装工艺方案,在实验室模拟创建现场工艺条件,制备实验样板并进行性能实验测试,该两种工艺方案都能满足商用车涂装品质的需求。国家尚无明确的涂装行业清洁生产评价方法,为了评价本文新设计工艺方案的清洁生产水平,本着以预防为主的主导思想,遵循《清洁生产评价指标体系编制通则》,结合AHP-Fuzzy的综合评价方法,根据汽车涂装的特点,尝试构建一套汽车制造涂装行业的清洁生产评价体系和综合评定方法。该评价体系由一级指标和二级指标构成,一级指标涵盖了生产工艺和装备指标、资源能源消耗指标、资源综合利用指标、污染物产生指标、产品特征指标、清洁生产管理指标、产品质量指标和作业环境指标共8大类;二级指标共30个,其中定性指标15个、定量指标15个,明确各指标的基准值及权重值,从而得出综合评价方法。应用新构建的清洁生产评价方法对新设计的绿色涂装工艺方案和常规涂装工艺方案进行清洁生产评定。本文设计了两组满足产品质量需求和环保发展的商用车涂装工艺方案,为本企业商用车生产线工艺规划提供基础参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, China has become the largest country in automobile production and marketing, and the automobile industry has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy, but at the same time, we must also pay attention to the impact of the automobile industry on the environment. The service life of commercial vehicles in China is obviously lower than that of passenger cars. Although the production and sales of commercial vehicles are lower than those of passenger cars, the production and marketing cycle of commercial vehicles is very short, and the impact on the environment cannot be underestimated. The purpose of this paper is to correctly locate the exterior quality of painting for commercial vehicles combined with the characteristics of short life cycle of commercial vehicles, and to design the green painting process of commercial vehicles combined with the new painting process and new technology in recent years. The feasibility of process planning was considered from two aspects of coating quality and cleaner production, and the relevant quality evaluation and cleaner production evaluation were studied in the process of evaluation. In this paper, the existing coating process and coating quality are combed, and the new technologies proposed in recent years, such as film (no phosphating) pretreatment technology, middle surface coating integration technology, etc., are analyzed and compared. Clarify their respective characteristics and use conditions. By comparing with the national standard, the relationship between the quality standard and the service life of the internal passenger car paint film, the quality standard which accords with the actual demand of the commercial vehicle at present is found out, and the excess quality is avoided. Two new green coating process schemes are formed by the combined application of new technology and new process. The field process conditions are created in laboratory simulation, the experimental sample is prepared and the performance experimental test is carried out. The two process schemes can meet the requirements of commercial vehicle painting quality. In order to evaluate the Cleaner production level of the new design project of this paper, in order to evaluate the cleaner production level of the new design project of this paper, the country has no clear evaluation method of cleaner production in the painting industry. According to the general rules of Cleaner production Evaluation Index system, combined with the comprehensive evaluation method of AHP-Fuzzy, according to the characteristics of automotive painting, this paper attempts to construct a set of Cleaner production Evaluation system and Comprehensive Evaluation method of Automobile Manufacturing coating Industry. The evaluation system consists of the first class index and the second grade index. The first class index covers the production process and equipment index, the resource and energy consumption index, the resource comprehensive utilization index, the pollutant generation index, the product characteristic index and the cleaner production management index. There are 8 categories of product quality index and operational environment index, 30 second-level indexes, including 15 qualitative index and 15 quantitative index. The benchmark value and weight value of each index are defined, and the comprehensive evaluation method is obtained. The new clean production evaluation method is used to evaluate the green painting process and the conventional painting process. In this paper, two groups of commercial vehicle painting process schemes are designed to meet the needs of product quality and development of environmental protection, which provide a basic reference for the process planning of commercial vehicle production line in our enterprise.
