【摘要】：新喀里多尼亚是世界第六大镍生产商,采矿活动与当地历史、经济、文化深度相融合。然而,新喀里多尼亚拥有包含高达75%特有物种的生物多样性和敏感生态环境。采矿活动已严重导致自然景观退化,相关保护自然环境的法规条律日趋严格。为减少对自然环境影响以及限制进入原始地区,当地矿业公司当选直升机机载钻井作为一种勘矿策略方法。对于每个地质勘测目标,勘矿分平台需要使用直升机拉升设备实现工序包括:在50平方米以下的表面土地清理、挖掘,以及回填土方。完成后,表土等将依要求被修整恢复到自然状态。本论文旨在讨论改善环境可靠性实践作业平台的落实。最初基于2010年评估程序并观察站点目前执行情况,研究表明,不符规范的操作阻碍了平台的环境质量保护。研究提出首要的方法应采取校正措施,实施监督经营者和验证程序。然后,需要进一步加强修复措施。研究试验目的是重点支持开展结构和整治调整,选择修正系数,快速的应用程序和一些额外成本。通过实验分析,程序更新文件可以通过使用这两个方面调整,适应理论在实践中的可行性和创新性措施,以达到更环保的效果。只要该程序执行,短期内经过简单和调整增加就可以达到落实。但是进一步的改进也应该是不断的。
[Abstract]:New Caledonia is the world's sixth largest nickel producer, and mining activities are deeply integrated with local history, economy and culture. However, New Caledonia has biodiversity and a sensitive ecological environment comprising up to 75 per cent of endemic species. Mining activities have resulted in the degradation of natural landscape, and the laws and regulations related to the protection of natural environment are becoming more and more strict. In order to reduce the impact on the natural environment and restrict access to the original areas, local mining companies have been selected as a method of helicopter drilling as a prospecting strategy. For each geological survey target, the mining subplatform needs to use helicopter lifting equipment to achieve the processes of surface land clearance, excavation, and earth reclamation at less than 50 square meters. Upon completion, the topsoil will be restored to its natural state as required. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the implementation of practical operating platform for improving environmental reliability. Initially based on the 2010 evaluation process and observing the current implementation of the site, research shows that nonstandard operations hinder the environmental quality protection of the platform. The first method should take corrective measures, supervise operator and verify procedure. Then, the repair measures need to be further strengthened. The purpose of the research experiment is to focus on supporting structural and remediation adjustments, selection of correction factors, fast applications and some additional costs. Through experimental analysis, the program update file can be adapted to the feasibility and innovative measures of theory in practice by using these two aspects to achieve a more environmentally friendly effect. As long as the program is executed, simple and adjusted increases can be achieved in the short term. But further improvements should also be continuous.
