燃气陶瓷炉窑NO_x排放分析与研究

【摘要】:我国NOx排放量已高居世界第一位,NOx造成的危害也愈益凸显,因此极有必要对NOx的生成及控制进行研究。本文以燃气陶瓷炉窑为研究对象,对典型辊道窑、隧道窑和梭式窑的氮氧化物(NOx)排放情况进行了测量,并通过模拟计算对炉内NOx的生成状况进行了了解,从机理上找出NOx生成的影响因素,针对这些影响因素提出相应降低NOx排放的方案。通过测量发现,陶瓷炉窑产生的氮氧化物中除热力型NOx、快速型NOx、燃料型NOx外还存在一种由物料中的含氮化合物受热分解产生的NOx,我们称之为物料型NOx。对辊道窑建模计算后得到,在陶瓷炉窑燃烧温度普遍低于1200℃情况下,热力型NOx的生成量很少,炉中生成的氮氧化物以快速型NOx为主。此外本文还通过建模计算对陶瓷炉窑NOx生成的影响因素进行了分析,包括燃料类型、温度、烟气停留时间、过剩空气系数、物料和炉窑类型等,热力型NOx主要受温度、烟气停留时间、过剩空气系数和炉窑类型的影响;快速型NOx则主要受燃料类型和过剩空气系数的影响;燃料型NOx的生成主要取决于燃料含氮量;物料类型决定了烟气产物中是否会有物料型NOx生成。文章在最后针对现状炉窑中存在的问题提出了几个低NOx改进方案,包括对辊道窑、隧道窑进行运行工况的优化、增加烟气循环系统,以及将现有天然气炉窑中扩散式燃烧器改为全预混式燃烧器等。
[Abstract]:China's NOx emissions have been ranked first in the world, and the harm caused by NOx is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to study the formation and control of NOx. In this paper, the emission of no _ x from typical roller kiln, tunnel kiln and shuttle kiln is measured, and the formation of no _ x in the furnace is studied by simulation calculation. The influencing factors of NOx formation are found out from the mechanism, and the scheme of reducing NOx emission is put forward in view of these influencing factors. It is found by measurement that in addition to thermal type, fast type and fuel-type no _ x, there is a kind of no _ x produced by thermal decomposition of nitrogen-containing compounds in the ceramic furnace, which we call the "material type" no _ x.
