京津冀地区非正规垃圾场地遥感监测分析

【摘要】：利用2015年高分辨率卫星遥感影像提取了京津冀地区非正规垃圾堆放场地的分布,获取了垃圾场地位置、面积以及与居民点和河流等环境敏感区的距离等信息,对其空间分布特征、影响因素、环境风险等进行了分析。结果表明:京津冀地区共监测到非正规垃圾场地近万个,数量多、密度大,呈现出西北山区少、东南平原区多的空间分布趋势;在地级及以上城市单元上,垃圾场地数量和密度居前列的是石家庄市、保定市和沧州市;北京市由于拆迁建筑垃圾较多,垃圾场占地面积最大;垃圾场数量密度、面积密度与平均高程具有显著负相关关系(r=-0.4564,P=0.0098;r=-0.3290,P=0.0087);80%的垃圾场地位于居民点100m范围内,21%位于河流200m范围内,对周边生态环境和人体健康可能造成较大风险;地形地貌、区域人口密度,尤其是农村人口和垃圾处理机制,是影响垃圾堆放量的重要因素。
[Abstract]:High resolution satellite remote sensing images of 2015 were used to extract the distribution of informal garbage storage sites in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and to obtain information on the location, area, and distance from environmentally sensitive areas such as residential areas and rivers, etc. The spatial distribution characteristics, influencing factors and environmental risk are analyzed. The results show that there are nearly ten thousand informal landfills in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which are large in quantity and density, showing a spatial distribution trend of less in Northwest Mountain area and more in Southeast Plain area, and in urban units at or above the prefectural level. Shijiazhuang City, Baoding City and Cangzhou City are the leading landfills in the number and density of garbage sites. There is a significant negative correlation between area density and average elevation. 80% of the garbage sites are located within 100 m of residential area, 21% are located within 200 m of rivers, which may pose a great risk to the surrounding ecological environment and human health, topographical and geomorphological, regional population density, Especially the rural population and garbage disposal mechanism are important factors affecting the amount of garbage dump.
