添加剂对脱硫石膏汞热稳定性的影响

【摘要】:添加剂能抑制湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)系统汞释放,被添加剂富集到石膏的汞在石膏热处理过程会再释放.实验研究了3种WFGD抑制汞释放添加剂对汞在石膏中富集的促进作用、石膏中汞化合物变化和石膏热处理过程汞稳定性的影响.结果表明,Na HS、TMT和DTCR的添加使石膏汞含量显著升高,使石膏中汞分别以Hg S、Hg3(TMT)2和Hg(DTCR)2形式存在,其分解峰值温度与分解温度范围依次减小;在200,℃热处理2,h后石膏的剩余汞含量也依次降低,最低汞质量分数为182.0,ng/g,而且DTCR使汞释放率增加到90%,.
[Abstract]:The additive can inhibit the mercury release from WFGD system of wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) system, and the mercury enriched in gypsum by additive will be released again during gypsum heat treatment. The effects of three kinds of WFGD additives on the concentration of mercury in gypsum, the changes of mercury compounds in gypsum and the mercury stability of gypsum during heat treatment were studied. The results showed that the content of mercury in gypsum increased significantly with the addition of TMT and DTCR, and the mercury in gypsum existed in the form of Hg / HG ~ (3 +) TMT _ (2) and H _ (GG) DTCR _ (2), respectively, and the peak decomposition temperature and decomposition temperature range decreased in turn.
