珠三角地区典型污染源及地下水中药物与个人护理品的分布特征研究

【摘要】:PPCPs是药物及个人护理品(pharmaceutical and personal care products)的英文简称,包括各种处方药、非处方药以及个人皮肤护理等。部分PPCPs组分具有较强的生物活性、旋光性、生物富集性及生物毒性。近年来,国内外针对地表水、饮用水以及河流沉积物中的PPCPs研究较多,但是有关对垃圾填埋场渗滤液、污水处理厂、纳污河流等典型污染源以及地下水中PPCPs的浓度分布水平的研究较少。珠三角地区是我国经济实力和创新能力最强的三大区域之一,药物与个人护理品的用量大,因此开展珠三角地区典型污染源与地下水中PPCPs的浓度水平及分布研究,对于评估珠三角地区PPCPs类物质的污染水平具有重要的意义。本研究建立了PPCPs的分析方法,并以此方法分析珠三角地区垃圾填埋场渗滤液、污水处理厂、纳污河流等典型污染源以及地下水中PPCPs的浓度水平及分布,探讨了珠三角地区典型污染源及地下水中PPCPs分布特征,得到主要的结论如下:1)通过对液相色谱、质谱及固相萃取条件的优化,建立了可快速、准确测定水环境中3种PPCPs的HPLC-MS/MS的检测及其前处理方法,研究确定了15种PPCPs类物质的方法检测限、线性方程、相关系数、加标回收率和相对标准偏差等指标,并将已建立的分析方法成功应用于实际样品的检测。2、对垃圾渗滤液、污水处理厂、纳污河流中地下水中15种PPCPs的分布特征研究表明:两座垃圾填埋场各采样点中药物种类较少、浓度较低;SPT-A、SPT-B和SPT-C各工艺单元出水中15种PPCPs总检出浓度范围在470-2739.4ng/L之间,其中CF和KP为主要检出目标物质;结果还表明,该污水处理工艺不能很好的去除15种PPCPs;广州市2处典型污染河涌中PPCPs的总浓度介于135.84-606.62ng/L,主要污染物为CF和SP,其污染程度的严重程度与河涌的直接排放污染源有关。3、分析珠三角地区各地方地下水数据,可知珠三角地区地下水采样点中ΣPPCPs介于ND~33.53ng/L之间,单个目标物质的总检出浓度范围是0.24~52.84ng/L,主要污染物为CF和IM;在调查的城中村及郊区地下水中,受PPCPs污染程度依次是广州佛山清远东莞且地下水中PPCPs受皮革厂的污染较电子加工厂更为严重。本研究为我国相关部门及国内外研究者研究珠三角地区典型污染源及地下水中PPCPs的浓度水平、污染现状、风险评价、源解析及防控提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:PPCPs is the abbreviation of (pharmaceutical and personal care products) for drugs and personal care products, including all kinds of prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs and personal skin care. Some PPCPs have strong bioactivity, optical activity, bioconcentration and toxicity. In recent years, there have been many studies on PPCPs in surface water, drinking water and river sediments at home and abroad. There are few studies on concentration distribution of PPCPs in groundwater and typical pollution sources such as sewage rivers. The Pearl River Delta region is one of the three regions with the strongest economic strength and innovation ability in China, and the dosage of drugs and personal care products is large. Therefore, the concentration and distribution of PPCPs in typical pollution sources and groundwater in the Pearl River Delta region are studied. It is of great significance to assess the pollution level of PPCPs in the Pearl River Delta region. In this study, the analysis method of PPCPs was established, and the concentration and distribution of PPCPs in landfill leachate, sewage treatment plant, sewage treatment river and groundwater in the Pearl River Delta region were analyzed. The distribution characteristics of PPCPs in typical pollution sources and groundwater in the Pearl River Delta region are discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) by optimizing the conditions of liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry and solid phase extraction, it is found that PPCPs can be quickly obtained. The HPLC-MS / MS detection and pretreatment methods of three PPCPs in water environment were accurately determined. The detection limits, linear equations, correlation coefficients, recoveries and relative standard deviations of 15 PPCPs were determined. The established analytical method has been successfully applied to the detection of actual samples. The distribution characteristics of 15 kinds of PPCPs in leachate, sewage treatment plant and groundwater in sewage treatment plants are studied. The results show that there are fewer kinds of drugs in each sampling site of two landfills. The total detectable concentrations of 15 PPCPs in the effluent of each process unit were 470-2739.4 ng / L, in which CF and KP were the main target substances. Analysis of local groundwater data in the Pearl River Delta region, It can be seen that 危 PPCPs in groundwater sampling sites in the Pearl River Delta are between 33.53ng / L of NDN, and the total detectable concentration range of single target substances is 0.24 ~ 52.84 ng / L, the main pollutants are CF and IM.The contents of groundwater in villages and suburbs of cities are investigated. The degree of PPCPs pollution is in order of Guangzhou Foshan Qingyuan Dongguan and the pollution of PPCPs in groundwater by leather factories is more serious than that in electronic processing plants. This study provides a scientific basis for the study of PPCPs concentration, pollution status, risk assessment, source analysis and prevention and control in typical pollution sources and groundwater in the Pearl River Delta region by relevant departments and researchers at home and abroad.
